As a favor from the West Division of the Rogue Council, this penedant was forged by Grandmaster Fredrick Kanzleramt. Its purpose was origonally intended to conceal the Grandmaster among the kindred before the alliances were in place over a decade ago. Since then, this fetish was given to the Camarilla to prevent it from falling into the hands of the wrong individual or parties. Little is known about what rituals or powers were used in its creation, and the only person with the answers is the Grandmaster Fredrick Kanzleramt himself.
System:
This fetish is in effect at all times when worn, automatically. However, it only works after sunset. The magics that fuel this talisman rely on the primal forces of the night in order to provide its cloak of a pale aura. This penedant provides the wearer a complete, and untracable illusion of a Pale Aura, making the weaer's spirit appear undead through the use of any spirit magics. The Magic used to create this talisman was so powerful, that it cannot be seen through except with extremely powerful spirit magic, and such a ritual would take so long to perform, it makes it very unpractical.
With all its power however, it does appear as if the spirits used to create this fetish also seek their just rewards for allowing such a powerful effect to stay in effect. The wearer of the amulet loses 1 dot from all physical attributes while wearing it, it seems that such a strong presence of death on one's soul drains the physical essence.
