[- A Letter to Role Play -]
From time to time I move my online room from one chat realm to another, to see what new people I may encounter, what conversations might occur and for the most part it is a decent nights chat and relaxation.

As some of you know, my room is mainly discussion based, geared towards a way of life and not book roleplay though I often enjoy the company of people from both realms and understand the differing interests and reasons behind people being here.

In my rooms you will see creative honest vision, writing, service and dancing, laughter, discipline and discussion. You won't see tarns, sword fights, force collarings and the like.
I keep things simple and livable on here as I do offline.
That is my choice, my right and my decision, end of story.

It is well known I do not understand the ways or why's of role play, but I do understand that many get a great deal of pleasure from it.

I dont care what you do in your rooms, they are yours.

When I visit I always show common courtesy and an interest in your ways and rooms without having to belittle your beliefs, characters or ideas.
I demand the same courtesy be shown to me.

To much to ask?
It seems so, with characters claiming any room that does not do cyber battle is cowardly.

A note to those of you who have a void where your brain should be.

People walk different paths. Just because a room does not involve itself in character and/or book roleplay, does not mean we are just here to play in slippery cyber holes and get cheap thrills. Posers and fools do that, people without a clue who don't know how to live.

There is such a thing as conversation in the real world, try it some time you might learn something.

Honour and courage are NOT found in a cyber battle, pixels do NOT make a man,
a cap does NOT make you free and a fictional character can never really own
anything.

Got it? Good.

Those of you who do -get it- and enjoy a decent yarn are more than welcome to wander in and make yourself at home.

For those of you stuck in your character so much you've forgotten reality, dont bother   visiting. You will be laughed at for the pixel you are and found wanting for what you will never be..
Honestly Free.

I wish most of you well

I was asked...

"If there are serves and dances in your room, is that not roleplay?  If a slave can bring you a fake drink, dance without you seeing her, and obey rules of the home as if she were in your home, is that not roleplay?"

Yes, it is roleplay, but it is reality based. My slaves serve me this way offline each and every day, thus what I mean by honest vision.
I think of it more as re-enacting what occurs outside of the computer so to speak. Typing in "chuckles" could be considered role play as well since to others they are just words on the screen, right?

This is where many become confused because they see this type of online interaction and wonder, well what is the difference?

The difference is very simple, what you see here is only what you could achieve offline, nothing more nothing less.

It doesnt matter to me if you are a bottom of the barrel slave poser, a well respected lifestyler or the Ubar Toss Me Off of Fort Wank-alot.

This is my room and I suggest you go and read the rules concerning my room before you go and make an ass of yourself behaving like a book bashing beefcake.

There is more to life than what's written in a set of books.
