happy new year and stuff. this has been a very hectic month for me in school. it is cool to be learning the big million dollar consoles but the schedule is a nightmare. class from 9am to 1pm, and lab from 1am to 5am. and various other random lab times. its the 4 hours between lab and class that are the worst.
bitching aside, i am learning alot in my "recording and mixing consoles" class, and music history isnt to bad. here is a pic of one of my million dollar desks this month
this is the AMEK 9098i large format mixing console. it starts at a base price of 1.5 million dollars and will do everything but give you a massage. its a nice peice i wish i had more time on it so i can master it.
i will announce at this time i am makeing an effort to go back to michigan on april 19th, and stay through the 27th.
