got my car back this week. seems to bew working well. i have been driving it to work and enjoying it in general. instead of $1200(as the first shop wanted) it only cost me 150. the people at performance transmission in garden city gave me a hell of a deal. good guys.
this week i started a tradewars server. i know most of you have no clue what tradewars is so ill explain. back before the internet as we know it(circa 1983-1992) there were BBS's or bulliton boards systems. theese are computers that people would set up in there homes, which were intended to be there for the rest of us to call them up and "hang out" on. posting messages and what not. no picures on a bbs looked nothing like a website, kiddies. well some people started makeing little text games you could play on these systems. tradewars was one of them. there were many others but i liked tradewars the most. so i started my own server that people can play directly from there browsers. no you dont have to call my house with your pc. tradewars server can be found here

i went to the local community college to sign up for financial aid. we'll see how that will come out.

this week i saw starwars episode 2 on a digital projector. old style film is better. anyone who says otherwise is an idiot or a liar. digital is not bad.... but in no way is it better. a good analogy would be to say that watching a movie on a digital projector is like watching a regular film print through a screen door. scan pixel lines everywhere. digital projectors are a good technology. but they are not ready yet.

got my financial aid letter back. i cant make any sense of it. but i have been talking to the nice people at fullsail
. to see how or if i can go to the school i have been wanting to go to for 5 years.
