| San Clemente Skate Park |
| San Clemente Skate Park is a pretty good park. Unfortunately it is a huge bust. If you go there any time between 9:00am to 9:00pm you will most likely get a ticket. I heard of tickets being given out that were any where between 50 and 500 dollars, and sometimes confiscation of your bike. A few weeks ago I heard of someone that got arrested, a $500 fine, and got their bike taken away. I am sure that is against some civil rights law. No one should get arrested for riding at a public park that was designed for their use. We are planning to change this situation by speaking to the parks and rec commision at an upcoming meeting.
