Ep- 6. Tetsusaiga, The Phantom Sword

The episode starts off with people from the village searching for Kagome. Meanwhile in the present, Kagome's mother prepares her bike for use by Kagome in case she needs it. now back in the interesting era, A paralyzed Kagome is shocked to see that Inu Yasha's mother has no reflection. As Inu Yasha and his mother prepare to depart(to the other world), Inu Yasha flashes back to a time in his childhood in which he was being hugged my his mother, Inu Yasha's mother then hugs him back. The scene soon changes to night and in the "World of the Living" and Kagome sees that she's in chains. How'd that happen?

Myouga appears and sees that Kagome is under some type of spell, as he tries to break it he's tempted by her cheek and starts to suck her blood. Fortunatly this act breaks the spell and Kagome is able to slap Myouga off her(ha-ha). Suddenly, Jaken approaches and warns Inu Yasha's mother, A Muonna, that absorbing him too fast will kill him and that she can't do that just yet. WTF, isn't that his mother?! In the depths of Inu Yasha's soul, the Muonna asks Inu Yasha the location of his father's grave, Inuyasha replies that he doesn't know. Eventually, the Muonna sees a black pearl and informs Jaken that the grave is in the "Right Black Pearl"(.....there's a grave in his right eye?). Surprized by that, Jaken orders that Inu Yasha's soul be probed further (which would cause his soul to break).

The Muonna proceeds, which hurts Inu Yasha. Kagome then assaults Jaken with his own staff(you should watch this scene, it funny). The Muonna begins back away (with Inu Yasha still being absorbed by her). Myouga tells Kagome to break the spell; Kagome sees the reflection of Inu Yasha and the Muonna hugging in the water. Kagome stirs the water and breaks the spell.Yah! We get our Inuyasha back! Sesshomaru appears and informs Inu Yasha that he now knows the location of their father's grave! Sesshomaru then charges at nuyasha,holds him up then extracts Inu Yasha's right pupil. Inu Yasha charges at Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru attacks Inu Yasha with his energy rope/string/whip. As Sesshomaru goes in for the finishing blow, the Muonna shields Inu Yasha from the blow, and this ends her life.

Sesshoumaru uses Jaken staff and stabs the pupil. Sesshomaru opens a portal in the grave of their father. The two groups enter portal and a whisked away into grave. They enter the large remains of Inu Yasha's father, where Tetsusaiga (the sword Sesshomaru wants) is located. In the pit of the father's stomach, Tetsusaiga sticks out of a golden platform(cool, sword in the stone). Sesshomaru attempts to pull the sword out but fails and electricity surrounds his hand; Sesshomaru deduces that the father put a barrier up around the sword. Inu Yasha then appears and orders Sesshomaru to leave.

Myouga shows Inu Yasha the sword. Inu Yasha mocks it since it is old and rusty and refuses to use it. InuYasha and Sesshomaru begin to fight, Inuyasha can't even hit him. Kagome tells InuYasha to pull sword just to anger Sesshomaru. Inu Yasha agrees to, just to anger Sesshomaru. Inu Yasha attempts to pull the sword out but fails. Inu Yasha and Sesshomaru resume their battle, but Inuyasha is kinda pissed that it didn't work. As Jaken moves to help Sesshomaru, Kagome attacks him(another funny scene). Jaken thrusts his staff at her, she blocks it a reaches back to the sword. Just as Sesshomaru is about to kill Inu Yasha, Kagome pulls out the sword.............OOH!!!

Ep-7. Showdown! Inu Yasha vs. Sesshomaru Tetsusaiga, The Phantom Sword

Everyone stands in shock as Kagome holds Tetsusaiga. Sesshomaru demands that Kagome give him the sword. She refuses, Inu Yasha tells Sesshomaru to leave Kagome alone. Sesshomaru insults him and tells him that he's inherited their father's love for humans. Sesshomaru then sprays Kagome with poison from his claws. Inu Yasha and Sesshomaru begin fighting, once again. During the battle, Sesshomaru calls Inu Yasha a worthless half-demon. This causes Inu Yasha to flashback to a time when he asked mother what a half-demon was, which caused her to cry. Inu Yasha now realizes that she was crying because she knew what his future would be like. InuYasha then vows to win for the sake of Kagome and his mother.

Inuyasha resumes his attack on Sesshomaru and actually hit him. Kagome then emerges from a pile of melted bone, unscathed(cool). Kagome gives Inu Yasha Tetsusaiga and says that she thinks that they overestimated it. Sesshomaru then transforms into his true form, a gigantic dog demon(How come Inuyasha can't do that?). Inu Yasha attacks with Tetsusaiga, which is ineffective. Sesshomaru emits poisonous gas from his mouth, which fills the whole place. Inu Yasha asks Myoga(who is packing his things) if Tetsusaiga has any power. Myoga tells Inu Yasha that he should hold on to his inheritance and use it well then he leaves. Sesshomaru resumes his attack on Inu Yasha. Kagome (with Myoga with her) and Jaken climb the ribs to escape.

InuYasha's attempt at escaping is not working because of being paralyzed from Sesshomaru's gas. Sesshomaru bites Inu Yasha and shakes him about like a rag-doll(.....that's messed up). Inu Yasha then jabs Tetsusaiga into Sesshomaru's eye, Sesshomaru lets go of Inu Yasha while in pain(but Inu Yasha still hangs on) and jumps out of the corpse. Myoga tells Inu Yasha to finish Sesshomaru off. Which Inu Yasha doesn't believe is possible with such a rusty and useless sword. Inu Yasha uses Tetsusaiga to try and cut off Sesshomaru's paw, which has little effect and it doesn't even scratch him. Inu Yasha tells Kagome that he's positive that he'll survive this encounter, but isn't so sure Kagome will.

Kagome begins to cry and Inu Yasha yells at her to shut up so he can protect her. Suddenly, Tetsusaiga starts pulsing and transforms into a huge blade(though it looks moe like a fang). With the newly transformed Tetsusaiga, Inu Yasha proceeds and cuts off Sesshomaru's left arm. Inu Yasha then tells Sesshomaru that he has no plans to give Tetsusaiga up to anyone, not even his own brother. Inu Yasha then strikes Sesshomaru across the chest, causing him fall from the remains. Sesshomaru then transforms into a ball of light and leaves with Jaken chases after him. Inu Yasha, Kagome and Myoga return from the grave and Inu Yasha returns his pupil to its rightful place.

Later, Kagome fills Kaede in on their encounter with Sesshomaru. Kaede says that Kagome's special abilities enabled her to pull the sword out. Myoga disagrees, he thinks it's because Kagome is human. Myoga thinks in order to use Tetsusaiga you need to have a heart that cares for humans. Which explains why Sesshomaru was unable to wield Tetsusaiga. Meanwhile, Inu Yasha tries to get Tetsusaiga to transform again. Kagome asks Inu Yasha if he wants to know what he needs to do to get Tetsusaiga to transform again. He does, Kagome then asks Inu Yasha if he promises to always protect her. He tells her she must be stupid. Kagome get's mad and leads him to the center of a brigde, then "sits" him.(That's messed up)

Ep-8. The Toad Who Would Be Prince

in this ep, inuyasha and kagome r hanging around in Washashi. inuyasha spots a white blurr as myouga goes off to check on kagome. inuyasha runs after the white blurr and they find a guy named nobunaga. kagome goes crazy and thinks that he's oda nobunaga. she shakes his hand and asks for an autograph. inuyasha asks what's gotten her excited. kagome says that he's oda nobunaga. then she asks inuyasha if he learned histroy. myouga popps on her shoulder and says that that's not what nobunaga's signature is. kagome sees that it's omari nobunaga. she gets annoyed and asked him why he didn't tell her that he was oda nobunaga. nobunaga says hat he has an important mission and that he must be off. inuyasha starts to say, "Uh i wouldn't go that way if i were-" that second, nobunaga falls clumsily. kagome and inuyasha walks over to where he fell which was on a hill and kagome says, " an idiot? yes, but oda nobunaga, probably not!" the scene then changes to a village. these girls are being taken to the lord's place. the people say that there's been news that the lord was being possessed by a demon. inuyasah and kagome follow nobunaga and inuyasha asks angrily why they had to. but when he found out that there was a demon there, he becomes interested. they go to the castle and inuyasha says he can smell the demon stink from here. he then tells kagome to hop on his back. kagome says, "K" and walks over. inuyasha gets annoyed when nobunaga comes over. "Hey! get off!" inuyasha says. "i've got buisness up there." (he wants to save princess tsuyu, who's the lord's wife.) "well go and find ur own ride!" inuyasha says. "just let him." kagome says. inuyasha mumbles about him being the nice guy and leaps over the castle wall. the soldiers r sleeping and kagome says," well so much for castle security." myouga then tells inuyasha that their sleep is hypnotic, and that it even my be castle wide. the scene switches to them inside hte castle. nobunaga is yelling for princess tsuyu. kagome asks inuyasha if it was okay to let him yell tha loud. "well i don't see why not, they're asleep ain't they?" inuyasha says with his arms crossed. nobunaga enters a room where a person is laying down on the ground iwth her back to him. nobunaga, thinking that it was princess tsuyu, tells her be strong and lifts her up. when he sees it's an old woman, he says, "oh, what has happened?!" meanwhile, kagome is beside the real princess tsuyu and says, "sorry to inturrept nobunaga, but isn't THIS the princess?" nobunaga freaks and drops the old lady with a THUD. myouga hops out of kagome's hair and says, "did someone say princess? i know a good way t wake her!" he starts sucking her blood from her cheek. as usual, myouga gets squished. princess tsuyu wakes up and says, "nobunaga?" and they talk about how she remembered him and how they'd laugh and laugh when he fell in horse dung. nobunaga's white monkey blushes along with nobunaga and falls off his shoulder when tsuyu mentions of nobunaga and hte horse dung. kagome and inuyasha sit along the wall. kagome says." u don't suppose nobunaga's in love with the princess do u?" inuyasha said that was pathetic. princess tsuyu talks about hwo weird her lord has acted. then the lord, who is a toad, appears. inuyasha attacks, but gets blown by the toad's poison gas. tsuyu fainted into nobunaga's arms, cuz she never expected her husband to be so ugly. (his face used to be hidden by bandages, but inuyasha cut them off) nobunaga defends princess tsuyu and gets his arm hurt by the toad. the toad runs off with princess tsuyu and to this place filled with eggs, inuyasha and kagome and nobunaga find the place and see tsuyu trapped inside an egg. myouga says that girls were kept in these eggs until their sould ripens and ready to be eaten. nobunaga attacks clumisly and the toad breaths out poisonous gas. inuyasha push nobunaga out of the way and attack iwth tetsusagai. the toad got hurt and he called sould to heal him. meanwhile, nobunaga frees princess tsuyu. she says, "nobunaga? nobunaga!" and hugs, while nobunaga's monkey dances on his head. the toad goes over and says, "don't u touch my princess-oof...." inuyasha slams tetsusagai on his head and says, "u have nothing to say." the toad falls and nobunaga protects tsuyu. the toad wakes and says in hte lord's voice, " princess tsuyu? what am i? what have i, please someone, tell me this isn't my doing!" then he says tha he couldn't control himself, then tells inuyasha to kill him. inuyasha gets interested and asks if he wants tetsusagai in the head, or in the guts. then kagome and nobunaga say that the lord still lives inside the monster and that they should get him out. inuyasha sits down and says it's all nobunaga's problem now and that he'll only help if he gets to kill im. the toad cackles and returns to the demon. it sticks its tongue through nobunaga's arm, nobunaga then tells kagome to take tsuyu and get away. as kagome and tsuyu run, myouga tells them to find something hot. kagome asks if there's a torch or something in the castle. princess tsuyu says nothing, cuz she isn't sure. then nobunaga's monkey appears and runs ahead. it reappears with a plate of fire. "oh what a smart monkey u r!" kagome says as the monkey lands on her hands. her eyes widen, " if only it werent' so small!" she said at the tiny fire. kagome gets knocked down by the toad. inuyasha does a cool back flip in the air and lands infront of them. "sorry kagome, but mercy's a luxury we cannot afford!" kagome thinks about hair spray. inuyasha attacks and kagome shoults "sit!" inuyasha falls and kagome holds hair spray against the small fire. she blasts the toad with tthe fire. the demon escapes out of hte lord and floats away. inuyasha kills it and takes the shard. nobunaga takes inuyasha's hands and thanks him. inuyahsa looks disguested. nobunaga then turns to princess tsuyu. "nobunaga." she says," princess tsuyu?" "nobunaga!" "princess tsuyu!" they run forward and nobunaga stops. "u saved my husband!" princess tsuyu says nad hugs her husband. "princess tsuyu..." nobunaga falls and his feet stick in the air. hte lord says that he was sorry to worry princess tsuyu. he looks funny lol. then the scene goes to kagome, inuyasha and nobunaga on the same hill htey met. nobunaga sighs. kagome asks him to say something. "idiot, he risked his life to save his only romantic rival!" inuyasha says. nobunaga raises his head and says, "yup that's right. nobunaga, hte world's biggest idiot and fool." inuyasha then says that he's a fool, but he did save a lot of lives, so he soldn;t beat himself up for it. nobunaga looks happier and says, "hey, that doese make me happier! okay!" inuyasha starts to say, "wouldn't go taht way if i were..." as nobunaga walks off the hill. THUMP. "way" inuyasha finishes. as nobunaga lands on his head. kagome says, "yup he's an idiot!" and that's my summary!

Ep-9. Shippo And The Thunder Brothers

This episode starts when Inuyasha,Kagome,and Myouga sits in a battle field(filled up with skelatons). Inuyasha is saying,"Not bad Not bad at all!" while he eats instant noodles. Then he asks Kagome if she's gonna dig in her noodles.She's not going to because it's discusting. She then tells Myouga and Inuyasha about modern day Japan, about hows it's doing and how astronaunts go up to the moon and such. Inuyasha and Myouga can't prononce astronaunt, they say astronuts. A dark cloud comes along. And than some blue fire and a cute voice(that's trying to be scary) says,"You have some pieces of the Sacred Jewel Shards!" then a big pink balloon comes and says,"hand it over or you will be devoured!" Then the balloon comes and bites inuyasha in the head!(.............wow) Inuyasha then scratches his head and WACKS THE BALLOON and it flies over to the other side of the battle field. Inuyasha & Kagome goes over and sees who it was! Inuyasha then says that it was some kind of bager or somethin. of course he makes fun of him! The little guys name is Shippo. Little Shippo runs over to Kagome's bag and tries to find the shards.he found it,he runs away but the other part from the balloon runs away too. and that was the real shippo! Inuyasha wacks him in the head then gets the shards from him. Next it shows that Inuyasha, Kagome and Shippo are sittin down and Shippo is telling them about the two brothers,Hiten and Manten, how he needs to avenge his father cause he is dead. Inuyasha then says,"oh!...so the little runt needs to get the shards so that he can get stronger and avenge his father!" he then takes out the shards. Kagome sees it and yells,"You had MY shards along!?" Inuyasha yells back,"I was just pertecting it for you! Ya have a problem with that?!"Shippo then talks and talks while inuyasha and Kagome argue. And they didn't hear what he said or did.

Kagome is riding her bike while Shippo is in the basket and Inuyasha is jumping on the trees. Shippo explans how the brothers were, then shippo takes the shards again and run off while just a minute ago he left a spell on Inuyasha. making him stuck on the statue. Kagome runs off chasing shippo trying to get the shards back, then manten was in the lake lookin at himself wishing that he had more hair like his brother so that he would lure in some girls.(he had a bunch in the back and 4 in the front.) Shippo came this makes manten mad. Kagome come and hits manten in the nose, she hits him again with her arrow and it cuts off 3 of mantens hair! Nows he's really mad. He gets some lighting stuff out of his mouth and hits Kagome and shippo with IT! Shippo was ok but Kagome wasn't. Manten sees how pretty Kagome was and takes her to be his hair poison, or maybe eat her! Shippo runs to get Inuyasha. Then at Kagome view, she wakes up and sees manten cooking something. Hiten comes in with a girl, who hardly have any clothes on! She only had a snake thingy as a top! Hiten asks manten about the shards. Manten then says that he got it but lost it. Hiten got mad and fried the girl into nothing! Back with Inuyasha and Shippo. Shippo frees Inuyasha, and they go to find kagome. Shippo even calls Kagome Inuyasha's woman, he blushed and socked shippo in the head! LOL.

Kagome tell the brothers that Inuyasha is madly in LOVE with her and that if anything happens to her he'll kill them, or give him the shard so that they can spare her. They then decided to trust her in her words. Back with Inuyasha, Shippo and Myouga, their talking about finding kagome,how the brothers eat pretty young girls. Inuyasha then says that kagome isn't pretty and theres nothing to worry about.Hehe, he really was worried about her,he just didn't show it! Then they argue about how kagome looks pretty and ugly yada yada yada...the brothers come and blasted inuyasha but it didn't even scare him. They show Kagome and he got so worried that he threw Shippo to the side.( shippo was on his shoulder.) Hiten then say,"oh! then the girl was right!judging by the look on your face. Give us the shards or you'll never see your lover again!" Inuyasha has a "WHAT THE HELL IS HE TALKIN ABOUT?" face on! He yells at Kagome on how can she say such things. Kagome's thinkin,"he can't even take a joke!"and they start to fight!

Ep 10, Phantom Showdown!

The episode starts with Manten's fantasy of girl's adoring him because he has beautiful hair like Hiten's. But, when he runs his hand through his hair, a lot of it comes out. Then the rest of his hair falls out and the girls don't like him anymore. They run away from him, disgusted. The horse that was pulling the carriage he was riding in turns into a skeleton and then breaks up into pieces as Manten falls to the ground. Manten falls out of bed and wakes up. He grabs his head but there's no hair. He wants to have as much hair and be as popular as Hiten.

*Flashback recap of episode 9*

Hiten and Inuyasha are threatening each other. Then Hiten attacks with his Raigekijin. Inuyasha has to block carefully since he's fighting lightning. All he can do is block as Hiten is on the attack. Shippo decides to save Kagome as Inuyasha fights Hiten. Manten is enjoying himself as he sits with Kagome inside of a cloud (don't ask me). He decides to help Hiten out and charges his mouth with lightning. Kagome pushes him out of the cloud and he falls. But what she doesn't realize is that Manten controls the cloud. It disappears from under her and she falls. Inuyasha gets distracted by the falling Kagome but Hiten doesn't let him stay distracted. Kagome lands on Manten who then wakes up - pissed. Kagome runs but trips. That's when Shippo uses his spinning top. The top lands on Manten's head and gets progressively bigger until it's enormous, giving Kagome a chance to run away. Myouga pops up and tells them that it's too early to relax since fox magic is just tricks after all. The top on Manten's head gets small again, but, as a result of it, Manten's last hair falls out.

Manten begins to cry and charges up his lightning mouth. Shippo and Kagome run for it. Manten keeps shooting out the lightning, starting several fires, but Shippo and Kagome get away. They hide behind a tree as Manten searches for them. That's when Kagome comes out with an idea concerning the arrow still lodged in Manten's nose. Manten hears them talking and shoots the tree. When the smoke clears he sees Kagome, lying on the ground, unconcious. He picks her up by the hair and Kagome wakes up, a mischevious smile on her face. She insults his lack of hair and suddenly her hair starts to wrap itself around Manten's arms. Then, Kagome (another one) runs up to Manten. She grabs the arrow and pulls it out. That's when the first Kagome's hair turns orange. It's Shippo. Kagome lifts her arms up and prepares to stake Manten through the Shikon shards in his forehead. But Manten frees his left arm and knocks her aside. Shippo transforms back into himself and Manten kicks him away. Then he starts to choke Kagome. She weakly calls out to Inuyasha.

Inuyasha is still fighting Hiten. He pauses to call out to Kagome. Hiten sees this opportunity and stabs him with the Raigekijin. Inuyasha loses the Tetsusaiga and is throws several feet back. Now he's lying on the ground with Hiten hovering over him, the point of Raigekijin pressed against his neck. Inuyasha decides that he can't fight Hiten while he's distracted so he should take care of Kagome's problem first.

Manten is having way too much fun choking Kagome, who is holding on for dear life. Shippo throws himself at Manten but Manten punches him away. Manten tells Shippo that after he kills Kagome, he'll skin him, just like his father. That really gets Shippo. Shippo throws himself at Manten's neck and sinks his teeth in. There are tears streaming down his face but he won't let go, even if he dies. Manten begins to punch Shippo in the head, harder and harder, but Shippo doesn't let go. Hiten warns Manten not to get blood on the fur.

Inuyasha uses Hijinketsusou (vlaws of blood) on Hiten who blocks the attack with his Raigekijin. He encourages Inuyasha to fight his some more but Inuyasha grabs Tetsusaiga. He transforms it, jumps up into the air, and throws it. It misses Hiten and Hiten makes fun of him for missing, but then realizes that he wasn't Inuyasha's target. Tetsusaiga goes straight through Manten's chest and comes out the other side.

Kagome grabs Shippo and sees Tetsusaiga - knowing that she has to get it back to Inuyasha. She grabs the handle and Shippo, half unconcious, says, "Father..."

Meanwhile Hiten is rushing to Manten.

Inuyasha yells at Kagome to get away from there but Hiten throws her to the side with a lightning attack. She falls down into a crater with Shippo and Shippo's father's fur. Tetsusaiga is still on top with Hiten and Manten.

Manten is still alive. A touching brother-to-brother talk is held between Hiten and Manten...and then Manten dies.

Inuyasha rushes to Kagome's side to make sure she's alive. She apologizes to him for not being able to get the Tetsusaiga. Inuyasha refuses to lose to Hiten...with or without a sword. Hiten is crying over his dead brother. He says that he will always keep him by his side, and then he bites Manten's forehead in order to get the shikon shards. Myouga tells Inuyasha to be careful since Hiten now has five shikon shards.

Suddenly, Inuyasha notices that everything is getting illuminated by an eerier blue glow. He realizes what's going on, grabs Kagome, Shippo, and the fur of Shippo's father, and runs right as Hiten's lightning attack hits. Hiten is PISSED. Inuyasha stands up and tells Kagome to take Shippo and run away as far as they can. Kagome turns and runs. Hiten fires a huge lightning ball at Inuyasha. It's too big to dodge. Myouga yells to Inuyasha to use Tetsusaiga's sheath. Inuyasha pulls out the sheath and holds in it front of him. Then the attack hits. *commercials*

Tetsusaiga's sheath blocks the attack, leaving the earth scarred everywhere around Inuyasha. Myouga explains that since the sheath can hold a demon blade, it can stand against a lightning attack. Myouga tells Inuyasha to run away but Inuyasha thinks he can use the sheath. He charges at Hiten and Hiten sends another giant attack at Inuyasha. "If I can get close enough to his chest, I can hit him" he pushes through the attack but suddenly yells out in pain as blood spray in front of him. Hiten has attacked from behind and stabbed Inuyasha in the back with the Raigekijin. Inuyasha falls to the ground.

Shippo wakes up on his father's fur. Kagome tells Shippo that Inuyasha killed Manten...but now he's facing Hiten...

Hiten's attacks have gotten stronger and without Tetsusaiga, Inuyasha is left to defending himself with a sheath. But he's struggling. Shippo notices that Hiten can fly freely because of wheels attached to his ankles. That's when Kagome remembers that she has her arrow...but she doesn't have a bow. Shippo transforms himself into a bow.

Inuyasha gets another injury.

Kagome aims at Hiten's fire wheel, and Shippo assures her that he'll help her hit.

Hiten rushes forward to deliver the death blow to Inuyasha when Kagome's arrow shatters one of his wheels. Inuyasha sees the chance and grabs Raigekijin. He decides that Tetsusaiga's sheath is in his way so he throws it to the side. Then he punches Hiten so hard it throws him backwards several feet. Hiten gets up. That was the first time anyone had ever hit him in the face. He's PISSED PISSED PISSED. His whole body begins to glow blue - so much so that even Kagome and Shippo can feel the heat. Hiten rushes forward at Inuyasha who dives to the side and grabs the sheath just in time. He holds it up in front of him, blocking Raigekijin, but then the sheath begins to crack.

Things don't look good for Inuyasha. Then Kagome remembers Tetsusaiga. Shippo rushes out to get it but it's too dangerous. Kagome grabs the fur of Shippo's father and runs after Shippo. Hiten notices. Still holding Raigekijin against Inuyasha, he uses Manten's lightning-mouth attack on Kagome and Shippo. Inuyasha tries to warn them but no use...it's too late. Shippo and Kagome are engulfed in lightning.

Inuyasha desperately yells out to Kagome but there's no reply. Kagome and Shippo are lying with the fur of Shippo's father across them, and flame all around them.

Inuyasha is now furious. He pushes Hiten back and head-butts him. Hiten attacks again and the sheath begins to break. But then, it begins to pulse, like a heartbeat. The sheath has called the sword. Tetsusaiga rushes towards Inuyasha who grabs it, transforms it, and then kills Hiten with it (who is very much surprised to have lost to a hanyou) Hiten disappears leaving five shikon shards behind. Inuyasha doesn't bother to pick them up.

Then, from behind Inuyasha comes a blue glow and Kagome's voice calls out to him. He turns around and sees Kagome standing there, holding Shippo, engulfed in blue flame. She thanks him for all of his help and Shippo is glad to have avenged his father's death. Myouga tells Inuyasha that those are the ghosts of Kagome and Shippo, bidding their farewells. Then the flame turns into a vertical column of rushing air. Inuyasha runs to Kagome yelling for her not to go. He grabs her wrist, shocking her. Then the flame takes the shape of a fox and disappears. Inuyasha yells out "KAGOMEEEE!" to the sky. That's when he looks forward and sees Kagome standing there with Shippo. Inuyasha is still holding her wrist. "...yes?" she says. Inuyasha gets closer to her...shocked. "You're alive?" Kagome asks him why he was yelling, "don't go!" Shippo seems to know that his father protected them with his fox fire. Myouga says that he knew that it was definitely the fox fire from the fur. Inuyasha develops a nervous twitch (not sure how to spell that...sorry) in his left eye. "Umm..." Kagome says, blushing slightly. Inuyasha notices that he's still holding her wrist. He blushes profusely and throws it down. He's embarassed.

Inuyasha and Kagome are walking with Shippo in Kagome's basket on her bike. Kagome asks Inuyasha what he's so mad about. No answer. Myouga says that he must still be embarassed about his emotional outburst. Inuyasha tells Shippo to go away. Kagome tells Inuyasha that Shippo's still just a kid and that now he's all alone. They go along like this...continually arguing...until the episode ends with a stern "OSUWARI!" (sit...for those of you still unfamiliar with the Japanese word for it)
