| Her Story: She was one of the best exterminators in her village, which was a place that trained demon slayers. She now thirsts for revenge against the half-demon Naraku, who set a trap for her father, brother, herself, and the best slayers from her village. While Naraku kept her and her comrades busy, he sent a hoard of demons to her village to attack and kill everyone there. Sango was the only survivor, her brother, Kohaku was killed along with all the others. It was his first time out on a job. Naraku then told Sango that a half-demon named Inuyasha had been the one who had killed all in her village for the sacred jewel shards they had there. She sought Inuyasha out with the intent to kill. Needless to say she was no match for Inuyasha even with the help of a jewel shard Naraku lent her. Once she learned the truth, she decided to travel with Inuyasha, Kagome, and Miroku in their quest to gather all the jewel shards, and to one day destroy Naraku. |
