| His Story: Miroku is the third in a generation to recieve the void curse in his right hand. The curse was placed by the infamous Naraku on Miroku's grandfather. Naraku said the curse would be passed down from generation to generation until he was killed or the family line no longer exists. So, needless to say, Miroku is seeking Naraku. He hopes to find and kill him before he suffers a pre-mature death like his grandfather and father who were sucked into their own wind tunnels. Miroku is also gathering jewel shards as he goes, trying to prevent Naraku from gaining any more power. In one episode, Miroku by chance runs into Kagome and Inuyasha. And, after a scuffle with Inuyasha who was trying to get the jewel shards back that Miroku stole from Kagome, Miroku decides to join them. By now Inuyasha and Kagome are also after Naraku. |
