Her Story: Kikyo was born into being a priestess. She was born with special abilities as well. So she was charged with the protection of the Shikon no Tama. She prevented its being stolen by demons. Inuyasha happened to be one of the demons she had to stop, many times. *shock lol* But Kikyo for some reason pitied Inuyasha, and refused to kill him whenever he came after the jewel. One day she was sitting alone, sensed Inuyasha nearby, and invited him to join her. She talked with him, explaining why she felt she couldn't kill him. After that, Inuyasha started to develope feelings for her, and her for him. They started spending more and more time together. Until one day their feelings turned to love. So much so Kikyo offered the idea of Inuyasha using the jewel to become full human so he could be with her. Inuyasha consented to the idea. But on the day Kikyo was to meet Inuyasha with the jewel, Naraku *just recently changing from Onigumo* set a decietful trap and made them both believe the other had betrayed them. Thus Kikyo died with malice in her heart. Now she has been brought back though she is still dead. She now seeks to one day kill Inuyasha and take him into death with her. And she wishes to destory Naraku for what he did to Inuyasha and her. |
