Her Story: Kagura was the first incarnation to be created by Naraku once he possesed the almost complete sacred jewel. Ever since her creation she has loathed being under Naraku's control, for he holds her very life in his hand. So in a sense she is his servant. She desires nothing more than Naraku's death so that she may posses her freedom. Her first encounter with Inuyasha and Co., and Koga was when Naraku had her carry out her first mission. Luring Koga's fellow wolf demons and their underlings into a trap, slaughtering them all with her wind attacks. Then she lured Koga and Inuyasha to the same place. Then with her Dance of the Dead attack, she attacked Inuyasha, covering him in the wold demons' blood. So when Koga arrived, he thought Inuyasha had slaughtered them all. Once the truth was discovered, Koga swore to kill Kagura and Naraku to avenge his comrades deaths. Inuyasha just wants to kill her because she is a part of Naraku. So although her enemies (Inuyuasha and Koga) are formidable, she continues to survive, kicking their butts every once in a while. |
