Insect bite is one of the most common complaint from the public,and the common insects are Wasp,Honeybee,Spider,etc.

Sympts : Pain , swelling and redness at the site of bite,allergesic manifestations like hotflushes,breathlessness,swetting,semiconciousness,etc.
Treatment:
1)Clean bite with antiseptic lotion,
2) Remove the thorns if present,
3)inject 2%xylocain at site of bite to relieve pain,
4)dress with antibiotic ointment,
5)inj.TT 1 amp to prevent tetaness.
6)antibiotic tab.ciprox 5oo mg twice daily for 5 days,
7)analgesic - tab.Nise 1oo mg 3 times/day for 5 days ,
8)reassurence to the patient.
