Wing of Strifian Worship

Many people have asked me about my obsession with Strife, God of Mischief, as played by the Kiwi actor Joel Tobeck. This is my answer. Strife just rocks. He may not be best at his job, but his little vinyl covered heart is in the right place. I just want to give him a huge hug, cause he's just so huggable. I won't even go into how I love to cover the little dude in. . .

Strife appears on both Hercules:The Legendary Journeys and Young Hercules He refers to Ares as Uncle, but in mythology texts, it's quite difficult to find our Strife. I found this slight mention on Mythnet (I'll dig up the url for a link later).

This is the short bio of Eris, on whom it would seem that Discord was based on in the Xenaverse.

Eris was the daughter of Zeus and Hera. She was the goddess of discord. In addition to her main activity of sowing discord, she frequently accompanied her brother Ares to battles. On these occasions, she rode his chariot and brought her son Strife.
