Eventually, it starts to get light and you look out and you realize you have absolutely no idea where you are.

So you get out at the next gas station. And there's a phone. And it's ringing.

And you answer the phone. And you hear a voice. And the voice says:

Please do not hang up.

We know who you are.

We've watched you count yourself to sleep.

You're the shepherd,

and you're also one, two, three hundred sheep

We've watched you fall asleep

We saw you were crying

you were crying in your dream

You are the snake charmer

and you're also a very long snake

you are a closed circuit

and you've got the answers

in the palms of your hands

you're driving and it's dark. and it's raining.

and you're on the edge of the city and you've been driving all night.

and you took a turn back there but now you're not sure it was the right turn.

but somehow it looks familiar

so you just keep driving
