Carl is Sue Birk's son-in-law. He works for a major insurance company here in Jacksonville. He is also a member of a choral group named Voices of the Rock. This group was formed where Carl is currently employed. In addition to Voices of the Rock, Carl also sings in the choir where he attends church, Saint Luke's Lutheran Church. For those groups and for the chorus, he gives us the lows that are needed for the bass group. Carl has been in the chorus for two years and this is his first year as a board member.
