"Ohio Drug Abuse Council"

Let's Make A Stand To End Drug Abuse

Welcome to the web-sight of the Ohio Drug Abuse Council. I know your sitting back thinking who is this group of people. It’s easy, were a program devoted to the end of drug abuse, and gangs that destroy the neighborhoods we live in. It brings the property value of your property down. It becomes a waste land, for vacant homes that the drug users use to get high in. It becomes a fire trap for the property you own, (for with a vacant home next door to you your chance of fire hit’s a all time high). And then there is the gangs that come out of the dealing of drugs in our neighborhoods. They make living in your home very hard. They are so violent that one never knows when a stray bullet will fly thru the house and hit someone. This brings up our plan for this year, taking back the streets program. If we work as one to push the gangs and the pushers out of our neighborhoods. And stand up to them. And as they are moved out of one neighborhood, the next one is ready to stop them from moving into there neighborhood. And so forth and so on till they are banished from all.

I would like to take this time to tell you a little bit about who we are. “Ohio Drug Abuse Council”, is run by “Victory Life Church of Ohio”. We are a group devoted to the end of drug abuse in our community. But to end this problem, you need to start some place. Where we have started is in teaching our young about the hardships, and problems they will face if they were to start using drugs. We have access to over 5000 teaching programs, from the forth grade up to the end of high school. This is the first step to the end of a problem. You have see ad’s on television saying that ‘talk they will listen”. It is true if you talk to your kids. “They will listen”. We can do what we have been doing over the years, sending addict to recovery. And that is spending good money after bad. As if the abuser is not ready for treatment they will reject it. They will every one what they want to hear. Make them believe that they are ready to make the move to the out side world again. But from the moment they are alone with no one around them, they will seek out a fix, joint, rock or there drug of choice. I am not going to hold any p[punches back from you, I am not going to sugar coat the problem as others have done in the past for you. “NO I AM GOING TO TELL YOU JUST LIKE IT IS”. Don’t settle for what you wish to hear, listen to the truth. If you would like to help out this program, all love offerings will be used to stomp out drug abuse in our community.
