Well lets see what has happen to me.

Had a boring Christmas holidays except for the 26th. Katrina was with me from 10:00am to 6:00pm. My brother Denis picked her up and dropped her off. We had a lot off fun. she enjoyed her Christmas with me greatly. The only problem is she did not want to relax even for a minute it was always go go go. She got sick a little after supper because she would not sit down and let her food set.

She enjoyed her toys and we played all day. We also spent an hour at Mikey's fun factory. We played mini putt and some games.

The rest of the holidays was really boring. Nothing to do. The highlight was doing my laundry.

Went back to school on the 4th and started programming and catching up on e-mails.

Got my welfare check on the 30th of December and they gave me nothing from the 20th to 31st of December. Haven't even receive a phone call from welfare yet. So much for customer service. Since they gave me $520 to live on for a month with rent at $385.00 plus utilities and not included 3 credit card payments and food, phone, makeup and other things I figure I would be about $200.00 or so short each month. So I re-enrolled in school for 4th semester of Bus-Tech.

Also applied for a contract job for a real estate company in Barry's Bay wich is south of Petawawa, west of Ottawa. They need a custom build program to give to all agents. They want it in Delphi and later on all VB programs converted to Delphi. Wonderful for me.

I will know all the details by Friday or Monday.

Got my loans yesterday and it was for more then any other time in the history of me going to school.

Played volleyball last night and had a good time.

WOW! What a wonderful first full weekend with Katrina. SATURDAY: First we went bowling and then took a bus ride to Brookdale Mall. We had lunch at MacDonalds and then she went on a few rides in the mall. We then went to see The Rugrat Movie. She loved it. The seats were uncomfortable though. We then went home, just missed the bus, so we took a cab.

AT home she loved the doll house I made her and we started making more things for it. We decorated all the rooms with pictures we cut out of magazines. We played for hours. Before supper we made some jelly. After supper and around 7:30pm I made us some popcorn and we watch some TV before bed. She was scared to sleep alone because she was forced to sleep with her mother since I left. Marta gave her bed and dresser to her youngest son Peter. After she fail asleep, after reading Goldilocks and The Three Bears, I went and slept on the sofa. I woke up twice to check on her, she slept like a baby.

She told me in the morning that it was a wonderful sleep.

SUNDAY: We went to Mikey's Fun Factory but arrived an hour early, so we played on the snow hill. Her mother gave her mittens that lasted 10 minutes in the cold. So I lent her mine. We went to a store to warm up until Mickey's opened up. We had a snack and bought her a book of young pop artist. We later spent over a hour at Mikey's and then went home. We were supposed to go shopping and Burger King, but she was tired. We had lunch and played some more. Around 2:00pm we went to another hill and played again. She had to use my mittens again. At 3:00pm we went back home and played had supper and sent her home.

Katrina tried for 20 minutes to call her mother and tell her she would be coming home soon but someone was always on the phone. I put her in a cab at 5:50pm and then tried Marta again. She answered and I said Katrina is on the way. She yelled at me that its not in the court order for me to call her. So I guess she does not care if Katrina makes it home safe or not. I would not call if I was taking her home but for safety precautions she should know if she is coming home and when if it is by cab. Talk about a non caring mother.

Got $50.00 today from the CIBC because they screwed up my O.S.A.P. loans and I wanted compensation.

January 27, 1999

Well I had a wonderful time this weekend with my daughter. Picked her up a little early so we could catch the 10:05 bus. We did and went to go bowling. The alleys were all full so next time I will book ahead.

We went to Brookdale mall and had lunch early because she told me her mother did not feed her breakfast. We went to homesteadonald's. Then we went shopping for bed sheet for her. She settled on Winner the Pooh sheets and we also purchased two small child size pillows. Total ost around $70.00.

We tried to see the White Lions but it was too crowded. Also it was too long of a wait for her to see a movie, so we left the mall around 12:30 and went to Matress World to get a matress for her. She had a choice of six styles. All were the same price so I let her pick the one she wanted. We then went home and I showed her Steve's bird's that were spending the week with me.

We let them loose about 7 times over the weekend. She loved playing with them. On Sunday she caught the male and put him into his cage.

When the bed shown up around supper time Katrina could not wait to set it up and clean her room up. she put up signs on the doors and everything.

On Sunday we went bowling at Nativy Hall. She did not do as well as the time at Olympia bowl. Nativity is dirty and not nice to be in.

Steve came over after lunch on Sunday and we all went shopping at the East Court Mall. We bought a poster of Titanic for her and she could not wait to get home and set it up. We also bought toy plastic ball gun shooter and had fun for hours with that.

OH! on Saturday I order Kentucky Fried Chicken and we ate that for Supper and for Sunday supper too.

Sad news. I did not get the contract to write the program for the real estate agent. And he won't even send me an email to say he does not want me to write it. Rude or what.

Febuary 8, 1999

Great weekend with Katrina. Started out picking her up. Wanted to get her a few minutes early so we could catch the 10:05 bus. But her mother yelled that she does not care if Katrina freezes waiting for the bus, the court order says 10:00am and that is what she doing.

Well we ran and just made it with about 30 seconds to spare. We got off downtown and I showed her the ice sculptures. She loved them. Then as she saw the ice castle from a distance her heart just raced with joy. But I told her we had to goto the mall first and put her things in a locker. She just wanted to race through the mall and get that over with.

We spent about 3 hours at the snow carnival and she just loved everything about it. Her favorite place was the snow maze. We spent about 1 hour just in there playing tag and hide & seek. We went to Cornwall Square at Burger King for lunch and then back again. Later we took the bus home and arrived at about 2:30. I gave her a bath we she loved so much. Her mother told her she is not allowed to have baths at my place because I might do something to her. This is what Katrina told me. To bad I can't use this in court. I was not in the bath with her but sitting on the floor next to it. We played with a water pistol and she soak me to the bone. We had supper, Left over pizza from the night before.

We played with a lot of her toys and took out 6 large boxes and made her a cabin. She loved it so much. We played until around 7:30 then had a snack and played some more. We went to bed at 9:00pm and I read her a bedtime story of Alice in Wonderland. 10 minutes after I finished she was asleep.

She slept until almost 8:00am that Sunday. she was really tired and so was I. We played chinese checkers after breakdfast then got ready to leave to go back to the Carnival. This time I brought my new camera and we bought film. she have them developed for her next visit. We spent about 2 hours there. We had a fry for lunch. When we got home, by cab, we ate somemore and baked a cake. I let her do it all. She dropped an egg on the floor and screamed. I thought she had cut herself opening the cake mix. When I notice it was just an egg I was relieved. She thought I was angry and said no. Its just an egg. Couple of seconds later another egg rolled of the table and broke on the floor. We laugh and saved the 3rd egg. she got 2 more and we proceeded to make a cake. When it was done and cooked she could not wait to eat it. I even let her icing her own piece.

We played hide & seek until her Uncle Denis (my brother) picked her up to take her home. It was one of the most wonderful weekend with her yet. I can not wait till she lives with me all the time.

Friday night Doreen came over and we talked and split a pizza. She told me last night that she discussed with her wife just about everything of importance and had worked a lot out, and that her wife is willing to help out and come to a meeting at GM sometime in the future and also wants to meet me.

Sorry for being late with this update.

Well this pass weekend Katrina and I had another fabulous weekend. We went bowling and then home. On the way home we went to Zeller's shopping and then the Burger King. Boy was she hungry. Marta agreed to allow me to pick Katrina up 15 minutes early but only after my lawyer talk to her lawyer and I had to bring Katrina home early by 15 minutes. She won't allow Katrina to have even 1 minute more of fun in her life.

Katrina also told me that she is afraid that her mother will take her away when she graduates, end of April, to Slovakia. I put a stop to it with a Canadian passport and having the Slovak government check to see if she has Katrina on her Slovak passport.

I bought Katrina a new Maze game and we played about 20 times over the weekend. I am now writting this game up on the computer and also another game that is based on a maze. Hopefully marta will allow her to play at home. But not likely. I found out that Marta has thrown out even more of her toys. Anything that I have purchased goes into the garbage.

Katrina is also forced to wear worn out mitten and snow pants with holes. I guess Marta needed the money for her trip to Europe.

My brother Danny brought Katrina home on Sunday.

Last Thursday I was at Terry home, My lawyer, and we talk for about 6 hours. Nice home. We have so much against Marta and her Doctor Khan that it will be a field day against her.

Still haven't found a job yet, but it will come soon...

February 28, 1999

Well got a scare this week again because of Marta. It started last Friday when I called katrina school to get her report cards and such. This friday I called to see what is taken so long and they told me that they are waiting for Marta's permission. I asked what they need her permission for and they said because she has full custody that I have no rights. So I will let my lawyer tell them a thing or two about the law. They also said they are waiting for her return call and that she is gone for the week. I asked if Katrina is in school and she said she has not been in school all week. Again this cause a panic in me and it took till around 6:00pm till they got a hole of her. She said she was in town all week. If so then why was Katrina no in school.

Just something else to use in court against her.

Went to Doreen & Janyce's house Friday night for dinner and a movie. On Saturday Doreen and I went to Ottawa for shopping for her. We stopped at Freda's hair studio and Doreen will get her wig restyled next week.

Next Saturday Brian/ Doreen and Janyce will take Katrina and I to Ottawa . When we our there Brian will goto Freda's and Janyce, Katrina and I will go to a museum. Then Burger King.

Well I'm really behind now in my web page updates.

Well 2 weekend ago when I had Katrina again we had another great weekend together. We of course went bowling and played silly on the 2nd string. Katrina laugh so much when playing.

After bowling we were met by Brian and Janyce and went to Ottawa to the museum of Technology. Brian went to the hair dresser. But the three of us had a wonderful time. Katrina just would not leave the trains for about 15 minutes. When we finally got to the children section, she went crazy. She just could not get enough. She also went through the Crooked Kitchen 3 times and wanted to go again. We had to leave went Brian showed up. I told Katrina we could go back again this summer.

We had a wonderful time with her bath. The bathroom was soaked by the time I took her out. We laugh so much.

Sunday we went tobagoning at the A&P store. She didn't want to go to the Civic Complex. We stayed for a little over an hour. Then home and build a box cabin and played games and with the water pistol.

UPdate on what Marta is trying to do. She called CAS and told them that I was taken nude pictures of Katrina in the bath. I guess that shoulder/head shots are considered nude in her religion.

The police were her this evening and said there is no case and are closing it. Even Katrina told them that it was a head photo. Marta sure is desperate. Sure wish she would take into account how much fun Katrina has with me.

Still have to wait for CAS to see what they will do with this accusation.

March 22, 1999

Well the weekend with Katrina was a blast. We went to a Petting zoo ast the Brookdale mall. We then went to A&W for lunch. Then we bought the game Trouble at Wall Mart and a jar of honey. We then went home and played the rest of the day. She could not play the game enough of it and the game Amazing.

She had me read three bed time stories and make up funny voices for them. She laugh so at each one. I did not think she would get to sleep. But she fell asleep in about 10 minutes.

The next day she woke me up as usually by jumping into bed with me and saying " It time to get up and make me breakfast." She gave me a good morning hug.

After breakfast we played a few games until Janyce showed up and we all went to Eastcourt mall. The dollar store was not open yet so we hung around for a few minutes looking at the toys in Zellers. We then left and went to Burger King for Lunch. Then it was off to home. We played about three games and then Katrina wanted to go to the park. So Janyce drove us to a park behind one of the french schools on McConell Avenue.

We played there for a while and even hand a soft snowball fight. Katrina again laugh quite a bit. WE then went back to the mall to the dollar store. We bought some fake Canadian money to play store at home and also another book for Katrina.

When Janyce drove us back she had to go home to cook supper. Katrina thank Janyce for a wonderful day. We spent the rest of the day playing store and other games. I had her call her mother that she was on the way home soon by cab, for safety reasons.

She gave me another big hug and kiss and thanked me for a wonderful day.

Next is the court case.

Today is Monday and the first day of court. WOW what a day. Dr. Barwin was first and what an incrediable man he really is. When he gave his history and all the organizations he belong too and stop after and 10 of them and said there is many more, that was just wonderful. I always new he cared for his patients more than any doctor I have ever had. It was beautiful to witness it. I have a whole new respect and admiration for this man.

In the afternoon it was my time. I was great. When her lawyer cross-examine me, he seemed to me to get upset at my answers. Why because I never gave him simple answer but always told them why I answered what I answered.

This man was insinuating that all my friends were gay, lesbian or transsexual. He even question that Steve was Gay and Jewish.

Tomorrow my last two witness and then Marta in the afternoon.

Wednesday 24, 1999

Well I did not update this yesterday but today after praying to GOD last night decided to talk to Marta and take a chance. I did not talk to my lawyer about this and just went ahead with it. We talk for several hours and by the end of the day we came to an agreement.

THE AGREEMENT is basically as follows. 1: Joint custody. 2: Katrina lives with her mother. 3: I get Katrina from after school on Thursday till Monday morning. 4: The following week on Monday afternoon till Tuesday morning. 5: Katrina can call anytime to either of us. 6: We both agree to get a job in the same city or within a 200km radius.

Katrina school said that they will arrange for pick up and drop off at home.

Today after court Katrina and Marta met Jackie Huston and myself at Burger King. Katrina was so happy to see Marta and I together. She could not stop talking and laughing. She was just so happy to see her mother and I talking friendly together.

She wanted to go to my place or at least have her mother take me home. I told her not right now. She even wanted to take me home and play there. But alas had to tell her that not right now.

I pray to GOD that this works out and Marta is serious. I will be.

Well everything is going fine. Marta and I have talked several times and each time it has been polite. Katrina has been at my house since March 31 when she got off the bus at around 4:00pm. We have had fun since then. Today is Saturday and Katrina has just made some Easter card for a few relatives.

I told Marta yesterday that she can have Katrina for a few hours to go to church on Sunday and also go to Mamere with her. We our going shopping today for Easter treats for the cards and going to Burger King for lunch.

It seems that Monday is a holiday for Katrina and so I will take her to the college for a few hours. I have to help Diana with her VB project.

Sorry its been a while. Not much to talk about with everything almost going well.

So far Marta has broken the agreement once by not telling me about Katrina's first communion. I was very disappointed. She did not even take photo's of it.

School has been very busy these past two weeks for helping people get their VB project done. I will be presenting mine on Monday morning, and I just found another error in it. But with all the people I'm helping I think I should make over $300.00 this month.

Still have not found any job yet. But will try a few more this evening. Why won't people al least give me an interview, What am I doing wrong.

Katrina is having a wonderful time with me and can't wait till summer to do more together. Doubt I will have a job by then.

Time to apply for welfare.

Sorry it took so long to update this page.

Lots have been happening to me.

First I have graduated the classes this semester. 3 A's and a C, the C should have been a B but the teacher is being a prick.

Katrina and I our having a wonderful time together and she made a new friend just around the corner. Last weekend on Friday I stayed there to see how hse is playing and what she is doing. Ashley the little girl who Katrina is friends with isd a cute little girl. She and KAtrina get along fine. I started talking to her mother and it was great. She did not have a clue about me until about 45 minutes later when both Katrina and ASshley let it slip about me. So I explain it all to her and she did not mind.

We spent about 3 hours that night talking about how men our and how women our. It was wonderful to have a girl to girl talk. The following day on Saturday Katrina got to go to their camp site for the afternoon. MArta was upset that Katrina was with other people instead of me. She said that this is a bad neighbour and that I should not trust anyone. Like hell I won't.

Anyway having a hard time with welfare. They cheated me out of 11 days of money because of their and the federal governments stupidity.

Still have not found a job. To satisfy welfare I am written a database for the Ontario Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. I am written this is MSAccess which I have no formal training in. Let me tell you that their help files and web pages suck when it comes to helping out with a problem. I call Cathy Simpson our teacher for Visual basic and she will come in on Monday and help me for 2 hours.

Welfare expects me to look for work for 140 hours a month and send out 2 to 3 resumes a day. Like right, to where, MacDonalds. I have applied in the last 5 months to over 30 places in Ontario and still not one single interview. As far as I'm concern my college education is not worth the paper it is written on.

I will try to get to a few emails tonight. Just bought a new keyboard. The last one was broken for a few weeks. Just the space bar. But hey, can't type without it.

May 30, 1999

Katrina and I had a wonderful day yesterday. We spent the day at then civic complex ground. There was a Lilac festival and we spent the day there. We started at 9:00am playing games and such adn spent the faternoon at the festival. We got home at 4:45pm. We were so tired. Today she is spending the morning with me and the afternoon with her friend Ashley.

Marta called and was very angry that Katrina was not home and hung up. She called back a few minutes later and started yelling that I am not spending any time with Katrina and that She should only spend timne with me and not with friends. Marta needs some real help with her anger with me and her failure to see the joy that Katrina is getting with me and her friends or maybe that is the problem. To much fun with her father and not much with her mother.

Still no job but have finish the MSAccess database for the OSPCA.

June 30, 1999

Well in the past few weeks I got a job and on the first day of work the boss did not show up and I tried to reach him for 3 day and on the 4th day the phone was disconnected. Saw an ad yesterday for the same guy trying to hire someone again and will not answer the phone. What a jerk.

Katrina has been with me for the past week and will be with me until the 16th of July. We are having a wonderful time together. Even though Marta failed to mention two of Katrina's class trip to me so I could volunteer I am still genereous and will allow her to take Katrina this Sunday to church. Am I being a patsy or what. I just want Katrina to be happy.

No other jobs are forth coming and I even tried for 2 more this week in Ottawa. No calls, No emails. No good for nothing eduction that is what it is.

Speaking of education Katrina came to my grad and had me wear a skirt instead of slacks. She was wonderful and good during the whole 3-4 hour ordeal.

Pride was fun. Rented a car and Katrina and I had a great weekend. She marched uin the Parade and even carried the GM banner most of the way.

On Saturday we went to South Lancaster to the dairy queen and she played in the space gym for 3 hours.

We swam for almost the three weeks she was with me and now she is gone. I won't see her again for 3 weeks, don't know if I can handle it.

July 31,1999

I found out yesterday that Marta moved on the 17th or 18th of July and did not tell me. She now has broken the court order a total 5 times since April. I am going Tuesday to have the judge issue a warrant for her arrest. I will not put of with this anymore.

1: She did not tell me of Katrina's fist communion, 2: Two school trips 3: Did not allow Katrina to call me for the past 16 days 4: Did not inform me of her move.

No more being nice to her, I want her in jail.

I still do not know were she is...

The police will do nothing to help me until next friday. I will do things myself. Also I believe welfare gave her money to move and if they did and she did not have a job to go to they have broken their own laws.

This time it is personnal...

August 8, 1999

Katrina called me Wednesday morning the 4th of August. Marta moved her to Kitchener. Katrina said she wanted to call me the night of July 16th, the day Marta picked her up but Marta would not let her.

I reminded her that Katrina has to be here on Friday the 6th and she said she could not afford to bring Katrina down. I told her I would rent a car and she would have to come and pick her up her self.

I later found out my brother Danny lives in Kitchener and comes down every weekend on thursday night and he agreed to pick her up and bring her back on the 22nd. Again I saved Marta some money and was still mad at me.

Katrina arrived about 12:45am Friday morning. WE have had a wonderful time since she arrived. We talked until 2:30am before we were both tired enough to fall asleep.

Danny even brought Peter down to visit his friends and Marta ask me to ask Danny for this help. But then she would not give me the name of her landlord to help me find an apartment.

Were planning to go to the movies this Tuesday and see Inspector Gadget.

Were back in court on Thursday the 9th of September to complete the trial I thought was over with.

It a crying shame she just could live with the agreement that she agreed too.

She said she moved without telling me because she thinks I want to move in with her. She really needs help and I mean professional help.

August 22, 1999

Well Katrina and I had a wonderful 2 weeks together. We went swimming both inthe indoor and outdoor pools. We went to the river and college a few times.

Last week Patsy from the college brought Katrina and I to the Kiddie Kar Land and we stayed about 2 hours. It was 5 children and us 4 girls talking. It was a wonderful day.

Katrina went back Friday afternoon and called me at 9:45pm when she got home. She also called me Saturday night and was afraid to talk to me except in wispers and her mother yelled at her for telling me someone scratched her car.

From what Katrina told me her mothr hits her a lot for stupid things like spilling her milk. I have yet to hit her for anuthing and as God is my witness I never will.

Court is on the 9th of September.

Still cannot find a place to live in Kitchener.

September 5, 1999

Found a place in Waterloo and moved in on the 3rd of September. It is a nice one bedroom apartment downstairs. Beautiful large living room which is now my bedroom. This way Katrina can have her own room again.

Haven't been really anywhere yet except the Conestoga mall. Got hooked up with sympatico but having trouble getting to my files at geocities. But if your reading this the problem has been solved.

The welfare queen in Cornwall did not grant my request for monies to move here and had to spend all my money just to get here. Planning on sueing them for allowing Marta to move and she did not qualify and not me.

Busy day tomorrow. Welfare and Driver licence, health card and about 5 jobs to drop of a resume at.

Also have to goto Katrina's school and see if they will drop her off and pick her up here. Doubt it though. Catholic school means bigots.

Katrina is happy to have me in town and I will pick her up on Thursday at her place at 4:00pm.

September 8, 1999

Well met Katrina's principal and teacher yesterday. They were nice but the principal looked nervous talking to me. The teacher was very nice and all. I told her if the other students have a problem with me just tell them that GOD works in misterious ways. She said "He sure does".

Katrina could not wait to be with me tomorrow.

Phone call from Mr. Glen Grant of welfare of Cornwall with issue me the moving expense check. He is the only person there who actually cares about people. The the queen of welfare is as bad as the old one.

Got to letter today from Dr. Barwin. One is for welfare to grant me the moving money, the other is for my surgery. What a wonderful man.

Well Welfare down here has denied my daughter and I money to live for her. Took three months to get it in Cornwall and five seconds for them here to get rid of it. Already had an appeal and sent out the appeal to Toronto also even before I get the answer from them.

Katrina and I have been having a wonderful time together and never a bad day. Went to the zoo twice so far and lots of walks in the woods.

Bought Katrina a huget Barbie doll house and other things for $60.00 form the lcoal paper. I figure everything was worth over $200.00. Great deal and she loves it all.

Her birthday is coming up on the 15th and I bought her a few gives since I'm broke now. Going to have to go to the food back to eat.

Spend three hours yesterday at Manpower doing test and interview. Until they get a reference letter from my teachers in Cornwall they can not give me a job they said.

Well see how it goes. I have Katrina this weekend and will take her to the fun day and parade of Oktoberfest. Her mother gets her for 4 hours this Saturday because is Marta's birthday.

Still waiting for court, her lawyer forgot about court. Great way to make this take longer huh!

October 12, 1999

What a wonderful 4 days Katrina and I had together. Found out it was a PD day for her school on friday so it was four days to do things together.

Friday we went shopping with pretty much the last of my money. Also got my glasses repaired.

We spent the rest of the day playing at home.

Saturday we went to Waterloo town square for the Pancake breakfast and barrel races. Also she got a free friendship bracelet. After this we played some more at home.

Sunday we played and then went for a long walk in the woods and ended up at my landlords place for a while. We met their granddaughter and her dog Max. Katrina played for about an hour with the girl and her dog. Also Anette and Glyn (landlords) bought Katrina a birthday present, It was Peekachew (a pokemon). She loved it very much. She also got to open her presents at home.

OH! Thursday Katrina cried and asked her mother why she didn't want to see Katrina on her birthday ( Marta's birthday which was Saturday the 9th). Marta said she had things to do that did not include KAtrina.

Marta called Friday afternoon and changed her mind and took Katrina at 4:00pm. I asked her to bring Katrina a dress for church adn she wouldn't also said that Katrina's shoes did not fit her. Katrina said that they did and that she wears them for church with her mother.

Katrina told her mother that she is going to church with me to a Unitarian church and her mother told her she was playin gwith fire that this was a church for Gays and Lisbeans. We went to church on Sunday morning and Katrina said it was the best time she ever had at a church. Glad to her that.

Monday was the Oktoberfest parade. What a parade. It was about 1.5 hours long and Katrina loved every minute of it. Then it was a story time about a castle and to kings named Ludwig. The lunch and the lumber jack contest, the the story again then home and we took a nap.

What a great 4 days....

Sorry I'm late updating.

On Monday the 18 I had an unexpected visit from Elizabeth and Tammy of Family and Children's Services. Seems someone (Marta, duh! like I could not figure that one out) put a complaint of child abuse against me. It seems after I drop Katrina off that Tuesday after the Oktoberfest parade Marta notice as large bruised on her arm and called them to say I abused her. Katrina confirmed this at her school. Well they stayed for about 1.5 hours, learned a lot about TS's and wrote down what hormones I was on and a whole lot of other stuff. They also borrowed 2 books on Transsexuality. When I picked up Katrina that day she did not what to say much so I did not push the subject with her. OH! they also wanted to know if I ever grounded her, I told them never that that is what her mother does not me. That I do not smoke, drink, do drugs or lie. Anyway when Katrina and I got home we ate and played. During her bath she finally told me she lied because she did not want her mother to get into trouble. I informed her that by lying hse would get me intoi trouble and that if this keeps up they would take her away from me. I try to instill in her that no lie is a good lie. That lieing hurts everyone. She said that she was sorry and I dropped it there and we went back to playing.

We just had a wonderful weekend together dispite the rotten weather. We had a great day at church today, she got to meet Roberta and her two daughter and finally got to see other father who is transitioning with children. She played hide&seek with the two girls (ages 10 and 13) for over two hours. WE all said good bye and went home. She was said to leave.

I also had to for the first time in my life goto the food back for food. All because Waterloo region discriminates against sigal fathers who do not have primary custody.

So because of this Marta gets money for Katrina and spends it on Beer for her and Peter and cig's for him also, instead for food and other things for Katrina.

Katrina informs me that Peter is now living on a farm and does not attend school. Way to go for education for Marta, talk about caring for your children.

Well no word from the Family and Cchildren Services. Been two weeks and still they have not returned my books or gotten my signature to talk to Katrina again. Just found out Elizabeth is gone for the week. So it will be another week and that will take it pass the next court date.

The next court date is this frieday. It will be between the three lawyers and the judge by phone.

Hope to hear from Terry that evening.

Just sent her a letter about Peter not been home. I wonder if welfare knows that? Should I say anything? I told Marta at court I would do nothing like this again, but then again she broke the order.

Katrina finally had a good time with her mother last week. Not bad once every four years sounds pretty good for her.

Well went to the Legal Aid Clinic to see about what to do about Welfare. I want to sue Welfare in Cornwall for moving her here illegally. She did not qualify for any of the three reasons to be moved. Yet they moved her anyway. Yep! If I don't get help from them I will try to do it myself.

Been sick for 12 days and said goodbye to Katrina yesterday after our last weekend together. I have no more money to get her and no more money for a phone. Phone service and internet service will be cancelled this friday.

The bitch has won because welfare allowed her to move illegally.
