Well were should I start. Let see. Oh! Yes. On the 18th of December when I went to court to get access to see my daughter, the judge would not even let me into the court room to state my case. The judge has abolished the rights of citizen of Ontario to represent themselves in court. Marta and I had to wait around 2 hours or so for duty council to arrive and then the judge still would not allow us into the court. He wanted us to get laywers but I told the duty council that we can not get lawyer becuase we can not afford them and also that legal aid will not give us lawyers since their is no chance of jail term. The duty council call up legal aid and we were both given lawyers. Also the duty council said the judge would not see me because I did not right enough on my motion of notice for him.
On December 26 marta told Katrina and so did Peter, while I was on the phone, That Katrina would turn into a boy since I am turning into a girl. Wish I had recorded that.
I got to speak to Katrina about one third of the days from Dec. 18 to Jan 19.
I filed out another motion of notice for Jan 7th court date and put down a whole page of things. Marta did not show up but her lawyer Vera Arajs did. (I figure Marta just went down the phone list until someone answered or agreed to take the case).
On the 7th of Jan. her lawyer asked if we could come to a compromise on this matter. I said yes, Let me see Katrina, she said they could not do that, What the hell did she think we could compromise on if not that. This is what the whole thing is about.
I asked her if she had the latest documents and she said yes. When we got up to speak she asked for an adjournment of about one month. The judge agreed and so I said that the adjournment was for the custody battle and that I wish to presue the access part. I starting reading somehting from my notice of motion sheets and she complained that she did not have them and that Miss Brodeur is not knowledgable about these things and that she should wait for her lawyer. I was pissed when the judge said adjourned till Feb 4th at 9:00am. I said again my rights and Katrina's are being abused.
I walked out and Vera asked if we could talk, I said what do you want, you and Marta won this round and I and Katrina have no rights, I then walked away.
Well enough of that, ICE STORM 98. OH! What fun. No power for about three days and boy was it cold. Then we had to conserve power so no washing of clothes for over 2 weeks. I sure was running out of things to wear. But the power came back on long enough now and then to heat the water and have a shower.
No school until Jan 19th, but I was in Ottawa to see my lawyer. We talk for about two hours then Tanya, a TS from Cornwall, and I went shopping for her at The Tall Girl Shop. She had a wonderful time, it was her first major shopping trip.
Well this is the first day back at school and I only have a two hour lab at 2:30pm that will be turned into a one hour theory about what we have to do in the labs. Because of Ice Storm 98 we are around 10 hours behind in study time.

Forgot to mention before that on Jan 17 at about 12:00am I called for an ambulance. Yap I got food posioning. No it wasn't from bad chicken. This was freshly bought. Just did not cook it long enough. I will tell you this. Food posioning is not fun. I never experienced more pain in my whole life, but there is still SRS to go.
Marta has cut off all phone access as of Jan 23, 1998. Something else that is against the court agreement of Feb 26, 1996.

Sorry its been a while since I last updated. Been busy and sad. Well since the last update I have spoken to my lawyer and she tells me that Marta's lawyer wishes to make a deal. She told Marta that me being a TS is not the issue, the issue is my violet behaver. I laughed at this because I have been on male hormone supressants since June of last year. I have lest that 1.3% of the required level of male hormones to be considered a male. So no testorone, not much anger. I do get emotional though. But mostly I just cry.
School has not been going great with the class that I have to take again. Flunk the first test as most of the class has. We have a rewrite on March 2. See how it goes.
Well not much else going on, just broke and welfare and OSAP do not wish to help. So I may have to quit school to get money to pay rent and buy food. Been looking for a job but there is nothing out there.

Well here goes. Pass the rewrite test this week. Getting a lot of affidavides from friends and relatives for my court case next week. Found a lot of discrepences in Marta's court documents. Should be real fun next week in court.
Went for a APPEAL at welfare and will know by Monday next week what will happen.
Went to the social in Ottawa with Derrick and two friends who are gay. They both had a great time there. Steve though Lynn was really cute. Gay guys shouldn't notice things like that. We joked about it for a while. Debi couldn't make it so I called Serge to pick us up here in Cornwall. What a great guy. He drive in from Ottawa and then drove us back. When he was to pick us up after the social he was late. His van broke down and he borrowed his fathers car. The car was a better ride back to Cornwall and cheaper on gas. Since he was late, he left a message on his answering machine, we left on note at the church that we would be at Frankies club. He arrived about 11:00pm. We stayed awhile then went home.
This weekend there is a dance for PFLAG at Murphy's inn here in Cornwall. A few people from Ottawa should be coming down. I missed the last one in December but I'm going to this one.

Sorry it took so long to write you again. Well the dance went great. Had a wonderful time dancing. I was the only girl there that had on a dress. There were about 150 people there. The only problem is that Murphy's Inn charges $2.25 for a small soda pop. And I do mean small.
Court is put off till April 1st. Our judge got cancer and had to go to the hospital. Hopefully now we will get a decent judge. Just love Marta's affidavid's. They just keep on conflicting with each other, its great.
Got a teacher, Student Union, president of GM and another member and also president of PFLAG to write letters on my behalf. Plus a lot of friends and relatives.
Went out Friday night with Julie, Steve and John. We went to Rats Nest. The local police association club. She got an invite fromthe DJ, who gave her his business cards with 2 dozen free wings written on the back. It was a great night. Steve and John were a little nervous being gay in a straight club. But we got no hassles all night. The big thing is around 11:20pm this guy asked me to dance, he was pretty persistant, but I said no. So he asked Julie to dance then, she did. The next dance he asked me again and again I said no. So again Julie dance with him. I was a little nervous. It was dark were we were sitting but not on the dance floor. We all intend to go there again.
I was turned down for welfare and now trying a second appeal (Tribunal). I will call today ot see if anything has been done yet.
I also did not win anything in the Heart & Stroke draw. Over 7000 prizes and I won nothing.

Well then court said I must be allowed access to Katrina and today was the first visit. Marta would not agree to anyone as a supervisor so the court order a place called York Centre. It was an 1 hour visit and Katrina and I had a wonderful time. The next visit is on May 2nd for 1.5 hours and each time it gets bigger.
Katrina wanted to know when she could come and sleep over at my place. Yap, sure sounds like she is scared of me, NOT.

Been a while since I have written. Here goes.
First the second visit on May 2nd with Katrina went very well except that Katrina started to cry because she was not allowed to go to my place. We played a lot and I had my brother Denis bring over lunch from Burger King for her. She asked me to have it with her. She was always good at sharing. She was sad when it was time to go.
On the 9th during court my lawyer read the report from the York centre. Specially the part where Katrina cried because she could not go to my place. Also Dr. Khan gave his report and it said that Katrina was terrified of me. Talk about a complete opposite as to how Katrina acted with me. The judge said this is going to trail. Also my lawyer will cross examine Dr. Khan. This should be fun.
Julie and I have broken up as friends. I will miss her but it was 100% her fault. I ask you, if someone borrows money from you, should they not pay it back as soon as possible. I understand if you need food for the children and so forth. But really, you should not buy yourself a few hundred dollars worth of clothes if you owe money, correct. As of yesterday she said she will not pay me the $222.00 that she owes me. So I guess on Tuesday I will have to go to small claims court. She has left me no choice. I really did not appreciate her calling me a extortionist, liar and thief.
I was baby sitting her 4 year old and she wanted me also to clean her house and was her clothes and dishes plus not eat any food. Her old baby sitter did not have to clean and wash for $2.50/hr and neither should I. Also it is a general rule that the house where the babysitting is taken place the parents should provide a snack or meal for the sitter. I was there for 8 hours.
When I told her she should be the one cleaning and washing, that these were her kids not mine. She said that she has been doing this for 10 years and should not have to do it know. And just because they were not mine that I should do it anyways. In the 7 months I have known her, I have done, out of generousity and friendship, over 50 loads of washing and about 30 loads of dishes, plus babysat about 6 times for no money.
I know why she is getting this way but unless she takes her medicine she will never get better.
I am a shame, she really is a nice person...

Boy, has it been a while since I wrote. Well the court is slow and not doing much. Starting the week of the 15th of this month and every two weeks after, on a Saturday, I get to see my daughter for 2 hours.
No more court dates have been set up for now.
I plan to move soon into a larger apartment. A least a 2 bedroom so that Katrina can have a room of her own and possible a 3 bedroom, steve can rent the other one so we can share expenses since he does not have any room living in a 10'x15' room.
The sad news is that I missed all the big parties because of little money and no transportation to get to Ottawa. Sold my car for $85.65. Well, it was 10 years old.

Well last Saturday was a great day. First in the morning I got to see Katrina for 2 hours. We even got to go outside for about 1 hour. she had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the presents I brought her. She really like the Sailor Moon sword. I ggot over 6 hugs and kisses for that one.
She now knows that every second Saturday I will see her. She had to make me a father's day card there because her mother did not allow her to bring the one she made for me.
After I said good bye I went home for lunch and then bladed to Sue's house. I went swimming for the first time in my life as Michelle. It was great. I paid for it later with a terrible sunburn. But lotions and such. Still hurts a little even today.
Sunday went again to Sue's around 4:00pm. Stayed till about 8:30pm. Met a wonderful guy named claude and his daughter Natalie. She really enjoyed playing with me in the pool. It was great to help her out because she is so close too Katrina age. I found out that Marta has no friends with swimming pools so if Katrina goes swimming it will have to be at a public pool.
Last night I destroyed my fridge and have to buy one today. It will be $50.00. Steve will help to move it and I am hoping me brother can help too.
I finally got my income tax return. 14 weeks, not bad for government. I put $500.00 on my master card and later that day spent about $445.00 of it on two items. One was Epil Stop and the other is New Image vitamin pills. Let you know how they woork out.
Got the job today at the college, start tommorrow, not much to it, but better than sitting on my butt.

Well I got the fridge, but it was 50 years old. It waorks but I can not give it to the landlord as a replacement. Will have to find him other one.
Got the job at the college, started yesterday. What we did all day was run a new lan line under the college. Boy talk about a dungeon. In most places its only 3' high. And for about 5 minutes we had no light when the flashlight fell apart.
Also went to the U.S. yesterday and had my hair done. It was wonderful, don't know if I can get it back that way again. Also bought 2 pairs of sandals and 3 pairs of socks for $30.00 U.S.. Works out to about $40.00 Canadian. Better than paying $60.00-$100.00 here for 1 pair.

Well I had a pretty bad weekend. The house Steve and I looked at, was nice on the outside but the rooms were to tiny.
I went to the dance on Saturday night and no one hardly talk to me and no one at all asked me to dance. I will never go to another unless I have a date. I will not sit down for 4 hours and do nothing.

Well I got my supply in of Trim Plus from New Image. I have been taken it since June 30. Lets hope it works as good as it says it does. My waist on Tuesday was 35.5". I will measure it every 7 days. I sold 2 bottle of it to other people. Will bring it up to Ottawa with me on the 11th and see if anyone else wants to give it a try. Considering it has a full money back guarantee on the first bottle, what can anyone lose from it.
I am working alone today because Mark took the day off to the golf with Dave. I will at least get the one cabinet clean and also the one shelf today.

Well Marta screwed up again. I waited with a bag full of toys for Katrina on Saturday and Marta never showed up. I waited for 40 minutes pass the due time. The york centre called her house and she never answered. Her answering machine never even came on. I will call my lawyer today to tell her. This makes 2 court orders and 1 verbal agreement that she has broken. Bet you the judge will do nothing.
Spent Saturday at school writing code.
Sunday was a lazy morning. Visited my grandmother and then about 12:15 went shopping for a new bra. Well I'm now wearing a Daisy Fresh 38 B Model number 7153. For $7.00 you can not go wrong. Next I went to Sue's house and spent until 8:00pm there. Talk to a few people but did not go swimming. To windy for me.

Wow, What a weekend. Steve and I left on the 7:00am bus on Saturday 11, 1998. Got to Ottawa about 8:15am and went to Ray's house and chatted till 9:30. We stopped at a greasy spoon for breakfast. Then I went down to the RMOC and Steve caught a bus to Serge's house. Around 11:30 people started to show up to work (setup for the big party after the parade) and I helped out. Joanne showed up around 1:00pm and we worked until 4:00pm. Pizza Pizza showed up at 12:00pm and there was only about 5 of us to eat and do the work and dwe had 12 pizza's for us.
The GM meeting that night was wonderful. I met Sylvia, who I met another meeting last summer and forgot about. The memory came back to me later. She's in the Canadian Armed forces and is under going HRT and SRS and Electrolysis all paid by the Army. Lucky, Lucky, Lucky girl. She sees her two children girl and boy ages 8 and 10 all the time. Her Ex realize the pain she is going through and decided to help her out by not taken the children away from her. This will help my case alot.
On Sunday the 12th, Joanne and I went out for Breakfast at ADA's, where the parade was to start. Then we helped out again at the RMOC. I even did administratioon by given out tables and collect checks. Might have screwed that up a little.
Around 1:30pm we left for the parade. I was a blast. They estimate about 10,000 this year which is 2000 above last years.
The only problem was I got massive blisters on my feet. Steve and I went about 4:30pm to a couple of shops then to the bus station. It was good to put on my sneakers to relax my feet.
I only wish I could have brought Katrina. There were so many children there, that she could see that she is not alone with having me as a father like this.

Well yesterday at school I found out that because I was a good father and paid child support last year, And had to quit school because Marta would not give me receipts to get extra student loans to survive, so that I flunked all three classes I cannot go back into the same course again. So now I have to fight with OSAP, school, and who ever else to get into school and gget the last 2 courses I need to graduate.
Today Marta again did not show up for my time with Katrina. She told The York Center that no one told her she had to show up today. As if she can not read a court order that clearly states every 2 weeks 2 hour access.
I will be asking Terry on Monday to phone the judge and do something about this before the entire summer is over.

Well Lets see what has happened lately. First I have the week of this week because Mark is on vacation. So I have been just programming and helping other people out.
Went to Ottawa last night with Debi and Steve. We met Joanne at Wall Street and had supper. Lynn would have come but she was sick, have to send her an Email today to see how she is doing.
After that we went to Joanne's home to get some clothes she did not want anymore. Since they were not my size Debi got them all. Joanne was tired so we left and went back downtown to a few stores. One in Ten, Wild's and the one across the street from it.
I bought a pin that says "You say I'm a BITCH like it's a bad thing". I thought this was really cute and will were it to work on Monday. Should get a few laughs at this.
Well I'm supposed to see Katrina tommorrow but I just know that Marta won't show up again. Especially since that she was fined (have to pay back) about $500.00 to welfare. She said I did not pay child support and we found proof.
Let you know next week how it went.
Work overall is fine and just waiting for the new systems to come in. they were supposed to be her 2 days ago and still have not shown up.

Wow, Been a while I see. Well the last few visits with Katrina went extremely well. This Saturday I will have some water pistols to play with. We should have a blast soaking each other. Plus a lot of other things.
Work is going along great. The systems are in and I am configuring all of them. They will have Win95, NT and Linux. I am learning so much this summer.
Went shopping on Sunday with Steve. I bought a new outfit. It look good so I tried it on. Wow It really made me look slim. Bought it in a second. There was nothing else so we left.

What a fantastic weekend I had.
First it was the visit with Katrina. We had a lot of fun. We could not go outside because their was a new father visiting his child. So we made do. They said we could go out next weekend and have our water fight.
Next Nikita came down, she was 2 hours late, we talked a while and while she was getting dress I invited her to the GM meeting in Ottawa. She said yes and I called Lynn to see if I could spend the night. No problem with her. We arrived at 7:40pm and had a wonderful time. She meet and was appreciated by a lot of people. She finally was accepted without worry or ridicule.
After the meeting 10 of us went to the Coral Reef for dancing. I dance the night away, sounds like a song. Nikita dance a few dances and she was having the time of her life she told me. It was wonderful that she had such a wonderful time. I think she will be coming to a lot more meetings.
We stopped dancing around midnight and everyone went home. Nikita wanted to use the rest of her pictures so Lynn and Nikita and I took various pictures of the three of us. Then hug and said goodbye. She left with a warm smile. Hope she had a wonderful nights sleep. Bet she did.
After getting to Lynn's place, also the name of her web page, we sat up for about 1.5 hours till 2.20am talking. It was great having someone to talk to. We had a lot of catching up to do because we had not seen each other for 6 months.
The sad day for me was Sunday. I forgot, bacause of the rush the day before, to pack my foundation, razor and shaving cream. So Lynn drove me home to Cornwall and we stopped on the was for lunch at Burger King. We had a wonderful conversation on the was home.

Well lets see what happen this weekend. First of all Marta did not bring Katrina to our appointment. She told the York Center that her lawyer said she did no have too. I really doubt that the lawyer said that. Marta is just sinking further along.
But still had a good weekend. Just sad that I could not be with Katrina. Spent Sunday packing the house for this Friday evening. Bought a fridge to replace the one I broke on Saturday for $160.00, that includes taking the old one out. Also the people who brought the fridge will move me for $90.00. Since it cost nearly $100.00 to rent a truck and buy food to feed the movers (friends) this was cheaper.
Met Katrina's lawyer on Monday evening we went to a cafe to have a drink ( 7up and a diet pepsi) and talked. She told me what Katrina had said and I agreed that Katrina does need help to understand what is going on. Its just that I'm not allowed to talk about it at the York Center to try and help her. So she will try to find someone in Ottawa to talk to Katrina and I about my changes and how to cope with it. As I told her, I don't want to take Katrina away from Marta, but also I don't want Marta to take Katrina away from me.

Not much happened yesterday. went to the PFLAG meeting and there was only 5 of us there. Had good conversation and all. Going to go to Denise's party this weekend. Need a ride though.
Been asked to attend the Police Hate Crime Unit this evening at 7:30pm. Well write about it on Monday since tommorrow I will stay home and finish packing to move tommorrow night.

Well the meeting of the Cornwall Hate Crime Unit went well and lots was discussed. The main thing was how to raise money for an ad campaign to let people know what the GLBT communittee is all about. To just raise awareness.
The people who attended were Sgt. Snyder, Chris, Agathe, Mike and myself. So we represent the GLT and police force. We will try to incorporate all minorites as soon as possible. I have to contact Joanne and see what information she can give me as to what the Unit is doing in Ottawa.
I moved on Friday night just past. Almost all settled in. I need a few more things but they will have to wait. Just curtains and such.
Its good to be back at work.

Well I received my exceptance yesterday in the mail. Talk about speedy service. Also found out yesterday that I won a prize in the Annual Heart & Stroke foundation Rubber duck Race. I won 9th place, which is 4 VIP passes to the Cornwall Motor Speddway. Value of $150.00, anyone care to buy them. I hope to sell them soon for what ever I can get. I will pick them up today.
We got in the 4 systems and 1 of them is dead. So hopefully we will get another one soon.
The apartment is ccoming along slowly but surely. Need only 1 more blind and curtains for all the windows. A vacuum cleaner would also help. A ffew more shelves too.

Well Marta did not show up again, even though the York center reminded her 2 weeks ago. Here's' hoping the judge finally does something about this.

I was told on Tuesday to meet with Pat Fanucan. It seems that Marta found out ( probably from Pat) that I was in some of her classes and she said she would quit if I was. Well low and behold the college could not allow her to do that, so I had to change classes. Everytime I suggested that Marta change a class, he (Pat) would say were not here to talk about her. Lets fix your schedule so there is no conflicts. Being a good girl that I am I did. But I tell you this next semester I will be in some of her classes and damn her if I'm going to change again. She will have to learn that she will have to get along with everyone to be able to work out in the real world.
On the other hand I had a talk with my lawyer and she sent a fax to the judge to have her charged or something like that for breaking 5 out of 7 visits, with only rescheduling 1 of them.
Well today at 2:00pm I stopped getting paid for working at the college and will work for free for the rest of the day and tommorrow and sometime next week. Damn I'm just to nice sometimes.

Well yersterday was FROSH day at the college. Had a wonderful time helping out and also participating. I won $5.00 in the jello pool. There was one creep who was cheating and pick up 5 prizes out of the pool and choose the best of them. Had corn on the cob for lunch and help Dana sell hats and T-shirts. Dana gave me one for free for all the help the past week or so.
No court today and will call my lawyer to find out why.
Helped Marc out again at school and will do so for about another 10 hours or so.
Sue Degal wants a DJ Database now so I will finish it up for her in the next week or so.
Help Patsy rent lockers and the power went out today for about 20 minutes.

Well I got to see Katrina on Saturday, which was great. We had a wonderful time. She really enjoyed the walkie talkies I bought her. She asked me at one point if I still gave the girl in the other country (Aminata) any money. I said yes. She was said and said " Why do you spend all that money on her and not me." Well at that point I damn well knew that Marta and the boys had convinced her that I cared for Aminata more then her. I explain to Katrina that I spend more on her and that without the $29.00 for Aminata she would not have food or be able to go to school and that this would also help her village get a well for safe drinking water.
I am really pissed at Marta for doing this to Katrina, she was always a good and kind sharing child and Marta is turning her into a bad, greedy one. Hope the judge gives me the weekends to correct this before it is too late.
Saturday afternoon Debi arrived early to my home and caught me in the bath doing my legs. She watched T.V. (not transvestite) and waited for me to finish. We left around 3:30 or so stopped at a Zeller's in Ottawa to buy makeup for me. It was about $5.00 more their then here. We then went to Wall Street's for a drink, her wine, me 7up. About 6:00 we headed for the social.
There was a large turn out at the social. It was great. Not as big a turn out in variety on food though. I will defeniatley have to bring my salad next time. I did by some snacks though and they all went except for 4 pieces.
The highlight was a presentation from Christina on her trip to Ottawa and the role of the Transgender poeple throughout history. It was the most wonderful presentation I have ever been too. I asked her for a copy and she said she will email me it soon.
Also Margo will help me out in finding someone qualified to do the Accesment the courts wants and that legal aid will only pay a little for.
Have to send an email to my lawyer to tell her this.
A group of us went to the Coral Reef later for dancing. Lynn was alittle depress but got into dancing later. We stayed till just after 12:00am. Spent the night at Lynn's again and we talked to about 1:30am. We were both a little tired. Next day was grass cutting and also shopping at a few stores. She dropped me off at the bus station around 3:30pm. I could tell that she was tired and needed a nap.
I walked a little downtown and then caught a bus home.

WOW! what a weekend. It started Friday with my schedule appointment with the mediation. It was changed to 1:00pm in the afternoon because the bigots lawyer could not make it till then. The power they have over the system is strong.
So I talked to Terri my lawyer for most of the morning. It seems there is some presedents sent by people who broke court orders consistently. Marta could be fined up to $5000.00 or 90 days in jail. I would not like to see that but its not upto me. We worked on a new affidavite and will be sending it out be Wednesday to the court house.
I left for the meeting at 12:00pm and the door was locked, and no one answered the door bell. Around 10 to 1 I tried again and this time knocked on the door. Someone opened it and said she would be with me in a moment. she informed me that the meeting was cancelled because the mediator's plane was grounded in Thunder Bay do to fog. We are re-scheduling for Oct 9th.
On Saturday Lynn and Robyn pick me up to go to Montreal to the recovery house of Dr. Menard. Lynn was visiting a girl named Caroline who just had her operation 5 days previous.
Caroline roommate had hers done in November last year. They are from Australia. She was a wonderful person to talk to and we stayed and chatted for about 3 hours. We also the movie of the operation. It look just like hers when it was done. She let us see.
I felt so at peace in that home that its harxd to describe.
Around 5:00 Natalie showed up and we all went to dinner. It was a lovely outdoor Greek restuarant. We chatted for about a hour or so then went for a walk in the park. We later ended up at Nat's house and chatted for about another 2 hours then went home. It was a wonderful day.
Sunday was boring, stayed home and plucked all day and studied for a test today.

Lets see what has happened the past week.
Last week I was to file my latest affidavid witht the court. Had to wait 2 days to get the report from the york Centre. Filed it with the court and also sent a copy to Marta's lawyer. But I found out to late it was supposed to goto Marta. So her lawyer would asked on Monday 28, Sept. To postpone the court action because Marta was not served properly. So now I have to make a copy of the paper work and send it to my lawyer and she will send it by courier to Marta. Next court date it sometime in November. Stupid me.
Had a good visit with Katrina but lost 10 minutes do to the York center being overbooked and under staffed.
Found out early in the week that Marta has file a haressment charge through the school against me. And I'm waiting for the paper work from HWO to file complaints against her and the college for sexual discrimination. Thats the second against the college in less than 3 months, their on a role.

Well whats happening with me. First off all not much. Sent out the paper work to HWO last Friday. Also a letter for the MPP. Spent Saturday morning with Katrina and we our both looking forward to Friday 4:00pm to have her birthday party. Her lawyer will also be there.
Also talk to Amanda and Tara, 2 grils in the Social Workers program who are doing a case study, I guess, on the GLBT issues. I talk to them and gave them a lot of information. Also the web page address of mine and Gender Mosaic. Also info on Transgender Law Reform Group.
Today I dropped of the newspaper clipping of last year and also the cassette tape of my interview on CJSS radio station.
Did not have a ride to the GM social or the Pride Thanksgiven dinner on Monday so spent the weekend all alone. That's what has happened to me.

Well Wednesday evening went to PFLAG and it was a small turn out but 2 new ladies needed help in understanding that their children are gay. We talk for about 3 hours. They really appreciated our advice and our stories to help them understand.
On Thursday I was sick. Had the flu or something felt like getting sick but never quite got there. Went to school anyway, had to write a Visual Basic test. Boring and easy. Barely survived Ken's classes. Went home and around 12:30pm went to bed. Woke up every 2 hours or so to go to the bathroom, but stayed in bed till 9:00am the next day.
On friday I called and missed school. Asked my brother Denis if he had any Tylenol and he dropped some off on the way to school. Took a couple and was feeling only slightly better. Arrived 20 minutes late to give my presentation to the PFLAG sponsered group at the library. It was ok they were behind anyway. Gave a quick 10 minute speech and had to leave a lot out. Made them laugh though.
Went home and rested for 4:00pm for Katrina party at the York Center. Was in almost peak condition when my brother picked me up at 3:10pm, he was early by 10 minutes, we picked up the cake at Dairy Queen and also supper for her at Burger King.
We arrived on time but Katrina was impatient for me to get there. She had supper and we played a little until Ann brought the cake out. She loved it. We all sang Happy Birthday to her and she shared her cake with everyone. she was really happy. We then opened her gives and she loved them .Have to replace one of them it did not work.
We played a while and Jackie her lawyer was also there for a visit and showed us a magic trick and she was so happy to learn how it was done. she is going to show her mother and borthers and friends at school. I show her a trick too.
Shde didn't want to go again. but I told her I would see her again soon.
Sometimes I just cry knowing she wants to be with me and she can't yet.
Jackie was kind enough to give me a ride home. I could not walk it.

Well on Monday afternoon I found out Marta went to Europe for a vacation. I instantly started to panic that she left the country with Katrina and that I would not see her again. I phone the MP's office but they could not help me to see if Marta had gotten a passport with Katrina's name in it. I then started to cry a lot and finally called the police and told them my problem. The officer phone and got a hold of Peter and he todl the officer that Katrina is staying at a lady called Lambrina. She is in her 70's and should not be watching Katrina for 8 days. The officer called her and talk to Katrina and she is fine. Probably board out of her mind but fine. I still could not relax for the rest of the evening and did not sleep so well.
I barely had the strength to go to school and when I did I forgot my purse and locked myself out of the apartment. At 4:45 I remembered that Debi has a key to my place and called her from the down stairs neighbour. She came about 20 minutes later.
Played volleyball to last night and her myself in both the right knee and the right hand. It just hasn't been a very good 2 days so far.
I believe I also flucked a test on Monday.

Well had a wonderful meeting with Katrina on Saturday. she again was sad that she had to leave me. But the 19th is coming up fast. Found out the reason Marta went to Europe was to goto a religous shrine. She spend OSAP money meant for Katrina and Peter to vist a shrine. She put her religion ahead of her children. Should be good for court.
Last Tuesday I got hit in the head with a volleyball and I could not play anymore. I was so shooking up by it, I just could not get back out and play. It didn't hurt it was just the shock. Hope I'm ok for tomorrow night.
Just did a Ken test a few minutes ago. It was multiple choice. To much on sensors though. Hope I got aleast 70%.

Yesterday was the Human Rights of Ontario mediation. She said she wasn't quilty and she would pay nothing. I said I would fight this for years. Eventually the mediator, Gilles, talk to us separately and told me the most I could get if it went to the investigation process would be around $1000.00 or so. So I ended up taking her offer of $200.00 plus had her add on the $17.50 she owned me for my work. She not quilty but she paid.
The next big fight is with the college and damn if I will let them get away with that type of crap.
Had to miss the GM social tonight could not afford to go. Need the money for my doctor appointments on the 1st of December.
So far I am passing all classes, 3 A's and either a B or C in Ken's class.

GREAT NEWS...
Yesterday in court, the judge dropped the supervised access crap. I know get to see Katrina in my home or wherever from 10:00am till 6:00pm every 2nd Saturday. This starts November 28th. Plus I still see her tommorrow for a last supervised visit to make up for 2 she missed because of her mother.
Started in 1999 I have her from 10:00am Saturday till 6:00pm Sunday.
The court trial will be either in March, June or October. We are 3rd on the list of for March and second for June and first for October.
My only concern is end of April both Marta and I graduate, what happens then.
GOD has heard my prayers....

Well saw Katrina today at the York centre for the last time. She ask the person monitors us to write everything down. She asked me again why I wanted to ge a girl and I explained it as best I could. I also told her next year she can meet other children with parents like me. She seemed a little more happy to know she is not alone in the world with a father like me.
She also said that Jackie (her lawyer) is a lier and that her mother fired her yesterday. She told me that her mother was yelling on the phone to Jackie, this took place in front of Katrina, Marta is loosing touch with reality. Katrina said that both Jackie and myself are lier's and her mother does not lie. I have to get her away from the brainwashing woman. The judge just has to listen to this.
I hope Terry can bring this up with the judge next week.
But barring this problem, Katrina and I had a wonderful visit.

Well what a week I have had...
Saturday was a pretty great day with Katrina. It was our first visit without people looking over our shoulders and writing down everything we say.
We went shopping for a while, but she wasn't feeling good so I had to carry her home. I'm not as strong as I used to be. We had lunch, she didn't like my cream of tomato soup. So she had fruit loops. We then played around the apartment making cabins and playing hide-n-seek. Since the two bedrooms are connected by a closet she just went wild. We visited the pet shop in the afternoon and went to go bowling. We had to wait for a while to bowl and she did not want to wait anymore so we went home. We played again like we did before lunch and she was so happy that she was sad when she had to go home.
My brother could not make it to take her home so I called a taxi. I phoned Marta to tell her she is on her way and all Marta did was hang up. She cares so much for Katrina, NOT.
Sunday was a good day until 6:00pm. All of a sudden I was sick and threw up every half hour from 6:00-11:30pm then every hour until 4:30am. What was worst is that everytime I threw up I also had a liquid bowel movement at the same time.
I barely had the strength to do this all night long.
I stayed home until Thursday. I was behind 2 test and 2 assignments by then. I caught up on the assignments and will write on test on Monday.
Also had a test today that I studied 20 minutes for the teacher would not let me write it another day without a doctors note saying I was sick. So I flunk that test mig time. Every other assignment and test in that class has been above 85%. So much for my "A".
Also finish the two labs for next week in visual basic. They were not that hard. At least for me.
Well I have the take home test to do now for monday. only 600+ question to answer on that one.

WOW!, what a weekend. It started at 4:00pm on Friday when I rented a car. It was a sunbird and it drove wonderfully. Did some shopping that evening.
Saturday I pick Katrina up and we went to my house. We played for an hour and then went to Mickey's Fun Factory and played a round of mini putt and also some other games. At 12:00pm we went to Burger King and then back to my place. We played for 1/2 hour and then went to the school Christmas party. She had a good time but it was poorly organized. they had no activities for the children except 2 clowns making ballons. She loved the Spice girls toys she got and also her friend she met got the same thing. We then went home around 3:00pm and played somemore. Gave her a chicken dinner around 4:30 and at 5:00pm we went to Dairy Queen for dessert. She also won a free ice cream cone at Dairy Queen.
During this time Katrina told me that her mother had destroyed at family pictures and movies of me. So Katrina has nothing at home with my picture. Good thing I still have my copies of most of them.
Drop her off around 5:30pm. Her mother was not out the door so I followed her up the stairs and put the gifts and toys on the steps because her mother started yellin gat me in front of Katrina.
I got so upset that I told her that most of the girls at school think/believe she is a lesbian.
Went to the Christmas party in Ottawa. Had a pretty good time but was exuasted from playing with Katrina all day so I went home at 9:00pm. Almost fell asleep a few time son the way home.
