You have two chat room possibilities, depending of the browser you use.
If you are using Internet Explorer or Netscape 2.0 or higher runing under Windows 95 you can use the applet enhanced chat room. Be cool ! The applet is a little be long to be loaded.
If your browser does not support java applets but supports frame you can use the frame enhanced chat room.
Otherwise you can go with mIRC or Global Chat to Efnet #gayskins or #gay-skinheads
