You're all invited walk with Venture Out at the Northampton Pride Parade on Saturday, May 3! Ride your bike, skate on your rollerblades (or rollerskates), or just walk with your backpack. The more the merrier. We also need a few people to carry banners, throw stuff at people and get the crowd going.

4 people needed on the float (pickup truck) to throw candy into the crowd
At least 6 people needed to walk, ride or skate behind the float.
We're also planning on tossing beach balls between each other and with people in the crowd. If anyone has any spare beach balls they don't mind using for the parade, please bring them along. Also, we need people to get creative (walk with a cardboard kayak around you, wear inner tubes, scuba gear, hop on a pogo stick). And if you can't march with us, be sure to show up and cheer us on - wearing your VO t-shirts!
This year's march will start at Lampron park at 12:00noon and will end at Veteran's field.
The rally will take place from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
