My name is Michael Trobee. Here is a summary of my credentials...
Worked for Nexxus® for 8 1/2 years, during
this time I had a salon base of approx. 2500 (salons). Working as a Regional
manager, I taught chemistry classes, color classes, perming classes, retailing
classes, motivational classes, and product use classes.
Eventually, I trained other Nexxus® consultants
how to teach the above classes. I also did extensive marketing and advertising
for Nexxus®. Moving to Paul Mitchell®
2 years ago, I did much of the above. Also, I worked directly with Regionals
and Directors for L'anza®, Permaparis®
Haircolor, and Pativa®.
The best I can guess over this time span, I conducted over 1664 workshops,
classes or seminars to salons. I have worked the major chain salons as
well as the owner/stylist salon. I have spoken to and have learned a great
deal from Jheri Redding and Steven Redding (Nexxus®),
John Paul DeJoria (Paul Mitchell®), Robert DeLanza
(L'anza®).
My strengths are in chemistry (both product and hair) and marketing.
Currently I do marketing work and web page design. I just want to pass
along some knowledge I've gained through the years. I hope you enjoy "All
