How were these pages created?

My experience in using Photoshop, Image Editor, various DOS graphic manipulation utilities, and an eye for layout arrangement helped in the creative cumulation of these pages.

How long did it take to create these pages?

The actual HTML was very quick, as I already had my CV material prepared in advance. The included graphical icons and banners took a lot longer in developing a design which exuded an attractive colour scheme, without looking overly garish or tacky.
