Belle is one very special lady who gives of herself and her resources to "be there" for those she meets... especially Vietnam veterans.
For me personally, she has been a true Sister Angel -- an inspiration and encouragement when my spirit was sagging and my heart was hurting. Being of support to vets myself, Belle shares the same tremendous demands and frustrations, and also the joys.
