My Job

I am no longer working for Intelliguard Software in Dublin. Intelliguard Software was bought by it's main rival, Legato Systems , on January 27th, 1999. I was let go from Intelliguard on January 19th, 1999. Intelliguard had a phantom stock program in which I was vested 60% that would have converted to shares of Lugato stock when Intelliguard was bought. Funny how these coincidences work, isn't it?

As of today, April 6th, 1999, I am working for Marketplace.net, which operates the Stock Master stock quote and graph system. I will be working on the Invester Relations package. I have a new email address at work, which is chuck at stockmaster dot com
