Spinway and Yahoo! Team to Deliver Co-branded Free Internet Access Services to Brand Leaders

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jul 10, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Spinway, Inc. (www.spinway.com), a leading provider of co-branded, free dial-up Internet access and premium online advertising solutions, and Yahoo! Inc., a leading global Internet communications, commerce and media company, today announced an agreement to provide co-branded free Internet access services for brand leaders. Spinway will be the preferred provider of dial-up access services and customer support for Yahoo! Fusion Marketing clients, and Yahoo!(R)will be the preferred provider of personalized start pages that feature My Yahoo! (http://my.metrocities.net) content, Yahoo! Mail (http://mail.metrocities.net), Yahoo! Messenger (http://messenger.metrocities.net), Yahoo! Player (http://player.metrocities.net) and Yahoo! Companion (http://companion.metrocities.net). Under the terms of the agreement, Yahoo! will also represent certain advertising inventory on Spinway's network.

Spinway is one of the fastest growing ISPs. The collaboration between BlueLight.com, Yahoo! and Spinway has resulted in Bluelight.com reaching 2.5 million subscribers in just under six months. Spinway is rapidly establishing its advertising network. Yahoo!'s national sales force will represent certain advertising inventory for the co-branded services provided under the Yahoo! and Spinway agreement. Spinway will continue to provide full motion video advertisements that bring the power and emotion of television commercials to consumers at dial-up without affecting bandwidth or performance.
