1 (4 OZ.) CAN CHOPPED OLIVES
½ CUP ONIONS, CHOPPED
1 TSP. SALT
¾ - 1 CUP WHITE RICE
1 CUP LONGHORN CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED
¼ CUP OLIVE OIL
1 ¼ CUPS BOILING WATER
2 OZ. CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES (OPT.)
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS, PLACE IN 2 QUART CASSEROLE. COVER AND BAKE AT 350
