I had the pleasure of discovering what my name meant. My name is composed of three parts: Chelsea Katrina LuJan. The name Chelsea means a port in England. The name Katrina is Russian for purity. Lu Jan was tougher to find, but I found a close translation in which Jan means meadow. So Chelsea Katrina LuJan means Port of Pure Meadows. I find that beautiful.
My birth sign is Scorpio. How I love the thought of being one! There are many jokes about how the Scorpion's deadly stinger will kill you. But this is simply not true. If you leave us alone, we will not bother you. If you should threaten our territory, then beware. Do I believe this myth? I think it is true in some way. Scorpios are more likely to lash out in anger to try to hurt those around them when they are angry.
Accents are quaint. Many people are frustrated if they have a horrible accent, particularly when nobody can understand them. Myself? I have a cute southern accent. It doesn't always dominate my speech but every once in a while it will come out with my words. Most particularly when using southern slang such as ya'll. I really love that word because of how southern it is!
