THE IMPORTANCE OF WOMEN:

In History it is seen that Man, the male of the human species, is most often a raw animal that can hurt people. He does not care for the sorrow of the women and children that are left behind when another man has died. Much conflict and suffering is from disrespect men give to each other, and the competition that they form between themselves for taking over time and space for personal name and power.

Many things cannot be corrected, until human being is cleansed inside. This is done when a person is connected to prayer in his daily life, and is observant of things (careful).

Observation, and Perception, is developed thru Martial Arts training. It puts the mind to detail, and thru working out with partners, in detailed study and in tough training, you see the inside of a human being. Most practitioners will understand Martial Arts and its purpose only after they are 40 years old. The young people understand it only as a Fighting and Competition method. That does not mean that Fighting is not a part of Martial Art training, but young person is too excited, too afraid, or too moody to feel any understanding. Usually, they are not confident because they are young, and have also met idiot older people, who had no connection or interest in Martial Arts and are not with any value system, yet in power to control things.

Survival of Martial Arts as a training tool and a sub-culture remains dubious in many instances where society is run by business interests, and many times the religion as run by older people, does not support it either and does not allow any time or place for its practice. Most of Islam, Judaism and Christianity, are local tradition-based, and did not have martial arts as a major training tool as in the cultures of Southeast- Asia.

Real understanding of this subject is in coldness, and not in temperament of Heat. When you are in control of your emotional self, and not connected to any Selfish motives, then you can see and understand it.

When you are not connected to TakabbuR, the temporary things of this Life, you can only then see clearly all issues. Otherwise, you are afraid for yourself (for the future), and can gravitate towards private ambition and schemes.

One of the most important aspects for a Man's life is to meet with Women. Here is the importance of a Woman (Girl) in a Man's overall makeup of life.

Any man who avoids Woman (for marriage, and initially to contact them in friendly way), will not respect people, because he does not care. Woman teaches you and brings natural feelings of caring, like a father and a brother to everyone around you.

CLOSE-RANGE MARTIAL ARTS DEVELOPED BY WOMEN:

Many Close-Range martial arts systems were developed by women in Asia. For example, the WING CHUN Kungfu system is attributed to Ng Mai and Lady Wing Chun ("Beautiful Butterfly") in China, many hundreds of years ago.

Similarly, the close-range trapping system of Filipino Martial Art (Arnis/KaLi/Eskrima- Serrada and Largo), were developed in many instances by women. The trap movement of Wing Chun Kungfu and the Philippine arts is the typical use of elbows, keeping the elbows in-tight and use of the check hand (C-Hand). This is natural for a woman how she will defend herself, and so the signs are seen in this martial art system.

The heart of Serrada is to use stick and body-positions to trap incoming strike angle, and to smother it with your block move (your own strike to the opponent).

BLIND PRINCESS:

Earlier in times, on the island of Samar, there existed a Blind Girl. She developed this Stick-Fight system, and later many people came to study from her. She became famous as the Blind Princess.

Stick-Fighting is so fast, even normal person can only fight like a blind man. He or she has to train in the drills for spontaneous blocking and all the basic incoming angles and even the tricky ones.

IMPORTANCE OF SEX:

Women are a important part of a Man's life. After meeting a woman you will become quiet, and understand how to teach and care. Men can have no common sense, or good behaviour, unless they have a wife and have taken care of sex. You cannot deny, or avoid sexual feelings, and sexual capability. Every young man, at the height of his sexual power, will start doing strange things (fighting, anger, sorrow) unless he gets a wife. Then they become calm, and confident about themselves and respect others also. But then again, it depends upon what kind of woman you will meet: good or bad zowja?

And so, the journey continues in its Test. Only thru prayer can a person be cleansed and there is no guarantee for any man or woman to achieve anything meaningful without God's Blesssing.
