SERRADA CURRICULUM, CLASS TIMINGS, and TUITION Info:

CLASS CURRICULUM:

TRADITIONAL STICKFIGHTING (PAPRANGAYAN A KAMBARONTAYA):

1. 12 Strike Projections with 70 Blocks (kabentol go atangiyan).
2. The Lock & Block drill method.(atang go kandado babes).
3. The Flow Drill method. (dogayas babes). Flow Drill to strike Head or Body or Legs, as well as in between strike Hand sometimes. Use of Left Hand to disturb Flow Drill, and mix Lock & Block with Flow Drill, and counter everything.
4. Techniques to grab stick during Flow Drill, and to recover from that situation. (manga tiknik).
5. Step on short Tiga (triangle) to control Center-Line of opponent.
6. Step wide in Long Distance, and then to come in Close-Distance from outside (of opponent's right arm).

EMPTY HAND SYSTEMS (OKITOKITA A DATAGOALIMA):

1. Empty hand of Serrada system, derived from stick-technique. First step technique, then bring right leg behind opponent's right leg on outside (second step technique) to fall opponent, controlling his right arm, locks. (limabo a ka serrada).
2. Empty hand of Self Defence system (dipinsa sa ginawa a limabo).
3. Techniques of Foot Sweeps (Sipat). (manga tiknik limabo).
4. Basic Kick-Boxing training, mix with Serrada block system. Always stop right arm or right leg of opponent, just as in Stick-Fighting technique.

TRADITIONAL BLADE-FIGHTING (OKITOKITA A KANGGONONGA):

1. Strikes of Blade-Fighting, Forward Figure-8 and Reverse Figure-8 revolving strikes, Abaniko/Arko striking.(okit a kagonong).
2. Blocks of Blade-Fighting, Straight stick type blocks, as well as Slashing type of Stickey-stick style blocks. (kapanglong sa gonong).
3. Flow drill of Blade System (dogayas bales a gonong).
4. Techniques (manga tiknik a kanggonongai).

CLASS -A :

Saturday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Sunday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Thursday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.


CLASS -B:

Friday 4:30pm to 6:00 pm.
Sunday 4:30pm to 6:00 pm.
Thursday 4:30pm to 6:00 pm.
