Marvel Series I
These cards came out in 1991 and was my first exposure to the collectibles world.
Although I didn't buy any packs, I would look over the shoulders of my younger brother
and his friends when they would buy the packs.
I would get excited looking at some of the "cool" looking heroes and villains and
soon got to know their names.
My friend started me into collecting basketball cards, but they didn't have holograms at that time.
Since I was too late in buying the Marvel I packs, I was only able to
buy a couple of holos from people who were willing to sell them ^,^
