| This is technology gone completely insane. I'm not talking about people who carry cell phones for mainly emergency purposes, i'm talking about the fuckers you see doing their little cellular phone walk and talk 8 hours out of the day. Are people THAT insecure about their popularity that they have to display to a crowd of complete asshole strangers that they are important because they're talking on the phone while they are out going somewhere? And how can these people be so perturbed about a telephone conversation while they are in the drive-thru at Taco Bell? I support this no cell phone ordinance while driving. Driving is hard enough without the phone, you have to be aware of traffic, pedestrians, animals and car-jackers, while you have one hand on the wheel, one hand on the phone, one foot on the pedal. You have one foot left over, why not put a kick boxing practice pad in there while you're at it. |
