Many russian visit in korea to earn money. Most of them come from east russia.But they are located in bad circumstance. There is no orthodox church for russian. Russian can't understand korean or greek language well.
Without 'Xpam' they spend a lot of days in Korea. Some of them suffered from some bad korean. It was the issue on TV. So many korean people hope to make a system to resolve the problem. There need be a russian orthodox church in korea.
