Psi being hindered by excess weight: eliminate the barriers by losing the excess weight, thereby increasing psionic potential tenfold, allowing the psionic flow of energy to be more consistent, constant, and easier to control. With increased psionic awareness, comes a newfound understanding of the planetary elements, encompassing every living thing. The flow of life's energy naturally moving through that which makes us breathe and absorb it, tasting the essence of Mother Earth, falling into the warmth of her bosom. The trees our Mothers who tower above us, the dirt being the womb from which we rose up to take our first breath, the sky our Father, the one who watches over us from above. The storms, lightning, and thunder, our friends, feeding us and giving us the energy to live. The animals of the earth, our sustenance, their blood nourishing our bodies and the wild urge to hunt, that urge that lurks in the darkness deep within the soul, screaming out in rage to be allowed to surface, becoming like the animals that feed us.
