Venus Power, Make-Up! ~ Minako holds up her transformation pen and shouts this phrase and a stream of orange stars comes from her pen. They wrap around her and then come up from underneath her like a fountain. When they dissapear we see Sailor Venus in her fuku from her feet to her head. She poses with a blue and yellow sparkly background.

Venus Star Power, Make-Up! ~ Used in SMR and SMS, Minako holds her hand up and her nails are painted orange. She grabs her star-pointed transformation stick above her head and shouts this phrase. From there on it's basically the same as Venus Power. At the end, she poses with the sign of Venus behind her.

Venus Crystal Power, Make-Up! ~ Used in SMSupers, the sign of venus appears inside and orange crystal that spins and places itself on top of Minako's transformation stick. The sign of venus flashes brightly, filling the screen, and then we see Sailor Venus in her fuku. She pushes her long blond hair back and poses in front of a heart made of gold leaves.
