Transformation: Michiru holds up her henshin stick and shouts, "Neptune Planet Power, Make-Up!" She spins once and a column of water shoots from the ground surrounding her as she spins. We then seen Sailor Neptune underwaster in full fuku. Her lips are painted, she spins once again and poses.
Attacks:
Deep Submerge! Sailor Neptune holds both arms straight up above her head. A large aqua colored planet of energy forms in her hands and large waves of water splash up at her sides. Then she throws her arm forward sending the blast at the enemy.
Submarine Reflection! Sailor Neptune holds out her mirror looking into it as she shouts this phrase. Then she spins and turns the mirror around at the enemy. A powerful blast of energy and water emit from the mirror.
