These are the terms and conditions for the use of my graphics.

               Thank you for reading them before
                       going on to the graphics.

             If you copy, download, save, or use,
          any image from this web site you are bound
                 by the conditions as stated below.

LINKWARE

It means that on each page where you use one or more of my graphics you must provide a link
back to Serenity Designs at: http://www.geocities.com/serenitydesigns
I have provided a matching logo for each set, please use them.
These graphics are for personal homepages only, not for professional, business, commercial,
or any site that contains any type, style or media of pornographic material. My linkware may
NOT be used by individuals developing web sites for others for financial gain, whether from
the site itself or from the web page developing service. If you wish to use any of the graphics
sets on a commercial site please email me regarding the license fee for commercial use.

BACKGROUND SETS

They are just that, "sets", and pieces cannot be used alone or arbitrarily with graphics not
belonging to the set. The bars, buttons and other images are not transparent gifs, they have a
border of the background around them and cannot be used with another background other than
the one that goes with the set.

EDITING/ALTERING:

You MAY NOT alter these graphics in "ANY" way, shape, or form. That means resize, cut, color,
edit, add to, or mutilate. Example...if there is a set you wish to use & you do not want to use the
bordered background & need the tile...email me and I can send it to you, do not "chop" off the
side border, this is considered "altering". Also, you may not use "any" of the graphics that I have
used to decorate Serenity Designs web pages. These images, buttons, backgrounds etc., I made
for myself and you may "not " use them.

None of these graphics may be redistributed, or resold. They may not be included on a
compilation CD nor in a free graphics archive, or graphics collection site on the WWW
nor anywhere else, without my express permission.
