SeReNitY EncLavE- A CoNcEpT -Our DreaM

We're No Builders, merely  World Travellers looking to rest their weary head to settle down in a Place where like minded people share the same canvas of thought, and brush the easel of Life with the colours of different hues from the same Palette. We were looking for an ambience and environs where a vibrant, cosmopolitan community could grow, where Nature lay untouched by the vagaries of development, traffic and Pollution. Yet to create a concept of a community that was located on the edge of a City, bordering the spreading waves of development, where One could Live and raise a family, or Retire into the lush green surroundings and still enjoy the city Life , and So Our Search Began

 The Problem was that we didn't know if We could trust an Outsider to understand Our Heartbeat, to visualize Our Dreams, to Share our Visions... and what about our cash ?  [Purely Tongue in cheek, with apologies to Our many Builder buddies] (btw, We did find such a Builder eventually)

So we did the next best thing that a couple of Airline crew cum International Lawyer/ Trade Unionist / /Investors / World Travelers could do-  Create a concept of an International Enclave, conceive of a Project, find the Ideal Location, in the cradle of the Mountains, Lazy and idyllic - YET Awe-inspiring surroundings that drive your energy sources. ( A Bit of Lucerne, with a touch of Versailles, A Hint of the Cape, with the imagination of Byron.) plan a Layout, throw in a Package of the most Modern Construction that Honest Money can buy . Design a Home with a straight forward Methodology (with No Hidden costs, or strings attached , No Hidden Measurements and No Super Extra Built Up Areas, that a Naked eye failed to see, No Roof top Margins, and No HiLToP PreMia ) Package it in a Brochure, Brain Storm a Notion & Push the concept. Then Join Hands and promote the idea with one of the most Innovative & finest Builders in Pune, in a location where we had a School (DPS) Club, and Critical care - All the Necessities for Life -at our DooRsteP, then 2 years later Voila

The BanKs/ Financing :-  After Spending (what Seemed Like Forever)  getting the Project together We then had to Tie Up Financing for Our Colleagues/ NeighBourS /and Our Project. It Would be unethical of Me to Slag off Some Financial Institutions, but Suffice to Say - "threes So Much of Crap Under the Veneer of all these banks.", No Wonder the all those Scams took Place- there's Such little ethics Left - and all of them are One Huge Cartel, Behind the Facade, ripping off the Middle Class Indian. There Were Some of Them Who Actually tried to drive us to DSA's (who obviously Paid THEM commissions)  and Others Who Offered enticements to us veer off Course- to their Competitors, Everyone had Worked at The Previous Bank we were in- they ALL just Walked IN through the OUT Door ! IN the End - we Got what We Wanted, Hard Bargaining and tough negotiating later, We got an Interest Rate of 0.50 Basis points BELOW Prime Lending Rate, Nil Prepayment charges, Cap on Service charge, Floating Interest Rate Linked to PLR , and a commitment on Pre-approval of Project + almost 95% funding. we Actually ended Up Sacrificing Offers of a further 0.25% rate reductions by UNETHICAL Banks and Manipulating DSA's , because "Once you Succumb & decide to Sell your Soul - then it Only becomes a Question of What your price is ?" We had Made a conscious decision to forego those manipulating/ unethical/DSA driven Financial institutions, and we stuck to it- even if we ended up with a 7.25% (across all tenures) as opposed to a 6.95% with a slice of Our soul.   

And we Could have relaxed thereafter, But we didn't rest there, for a House is only an Abode, unless you spiritually balance its components. We didn't advertise, or Hard-Sell , for selling a bargain is about the easiest thing We could do. 

          We had to create a Lifestyle, and a Magic that would endure, for well,......Forever.                  

SO We ensured that Not Just Anyone could walk in with Cash to Own a Part of OuR SouL, or Share in OuR DreAm, We are Neither Biased, nor Bigoted, Not Elitists nor do We Have any pretensions of Greatness. 

 We merely wish to Balance OuR Yin with their YanG, for after all, these Neighbours will Be OuRs For Keeps, SO We Have Been Selective- very much So.  We Have Searched for People who have Liberal Minds, Broad Perspectives, Bold Ideas, Yet are WilD, CraZy; Energetic, Yet conservative , Environmentally conscious and family oriented People ! Which is not to say you cant enjoy a Night of RocK or TuLL, UB40, or just Go-Kart in the Hills, Just that We learn to respect each each others choices, preferences and Dislikes.

People Who care about the Quality of Life that Society affords them in their youth and more so in their Sun Set Years. Progressive People who would Like to give back to Society what Society gave them, in Order to enrich another Generation rediscover what their Parents Lost........................

NoW Who WoulD have dreamt of that ?
