Seiya is one of three Sailor Starlights to come about. Seiya, Sailor Starfighter, to me is considered the lead singer of the popular group the Three lights which are seen a three brothers(though they are born the same year?). As a senshi Seiya is a female but as a band member and human Seiya is a male.(wierd huh?) Like the other two starlights Starfighter is trying to find Princess Fireball before Galaxia takes her star seed. Sailor Star Fighter's attack is Star Serious Laser.
