Setsuna is the senshi guardian of time and space, Sailor Pluto. Though she does appear toward the end of Sailor Moon R, we don't really get to know her. What we do know is that she is the guardian of time and space, which is clearly seen why she is the oldest senshi(even though she doesn't look it). We also find out that Chibi-Usa's Luna-P is Sailor Pluto or "Puu" as Chibi-Usa called her. In S we find out she too is searching for the Talisman along with Neptune and Uranus. The last talisman becomes the Garnet Orb which sits atop Sailor Pluto's staff. Her attacks are Dead Scream, and opening the door of time and space for which he guards.
