Nephrite was second to take on the job of stealing energy and to destory the sailor senshi.(Of course at this time there were three) The first half of Nephrite's job he was on the mission to steal energy, toward the end he created the dark crystal which finds the seven rainbow crystals, which is Zoisites job. Nephite does succeed in getting some engery and finding out who the real Sailor Moon was. But because he and Zoisite were not really the close of friends he was killed by him. At the time of his death Nephtite was a good guy if you will but shortly lived. He used an alter ego shall we say, to get Naru who he thought was Sailor Moon. He also owned his own mansion and a really cool car.
