I Sat In A Chair
I sat in a chair
I stared at my hands
I glanced down a hall
and watched it expand.
It reached the ends of the world
It led to places I'd never dreamed
It narrowed at the end
to be smaller than it seemed.
I traveled so long
I wandered so far
I reached the end of the hall
and finally touched the stars.
