| I have posted these spells to help you along yor journey. Many of these spells are to help in fighting evil on the physical and the astral plane. Please don't steal my works that I have written without my permission! (This page is still under construction, as it only has one spell on it.) SPELL PAGE ONE SPELL PAGE TWO HOME ~Seraphim Flaming Cyclone/Tornado make a ball of energy, or a psi ball, of pure fire energy about the size of your head. Using visualization and will power lower the sphere of energy to shin level. Back away from the psi ball. Visualize it starting to spin. As it spins, the the flaming energy unravels in an upward spiral. Once it looks like Figure 1 place a clear energy case over it and let the energy loose. The flaming energy will begin to spear every where and begin to look like Fig. 2. Will it to start spinning. It will then continue to spin and move on its own. DO NOT TRY TO CONTROL THIS WILD FIRE, ONLY AVOID IT'S BURN!!! Speed up metabolism 1:Absorb energy into the entire body 2:Visualize all veins becoming visible.Visualize energy flowing through them,and then speeding up 3:At the same time,also visualize yourself becoming more energetic 4:To heal yourself at the same time,while visualizing the energy speeding up,visualize your aura thickening and becoming two layers(blue-white layer on top,dark-blue layer on bottom)and you should seethe wound as a gap in the aura 5:Visualize the top,thinner layer flowing around the body,filling in the gap(s) STONE FIST This spell will make you punch twice as hard as normal, but, it takes a while to do, so make sure it will stun or defeat your enemy in one hit. 1:Hold out your stronger arm, hand open, but fingers bent 2:Rotate your arm in a counter-clockwise motion while visualizing energy going in and out of your hand 3:When your hand is above your head, bring it down and make a fist 4:If done correctly, you should have a harder time than usual openning your hand, now punch your enemy After you hit your enemy, the spell wears off, but, it works until you get a good hit, so make it count. NIGHT VISION To use this spell, you will need a staff. The type of wood doesn't matter. 1:Draw energy into your body 2:Change this energy into light energy 3:Channel the energy into the staff 4:Spin the staff once, and "stab" the air in front of you. You should have your eyes closed, and when you stab the air, visualize the light energy leaving both sides of the staff and going into your eyes. The duration of this spell is about 5 minutes, but should you let go of the staff at any time, you lose two minutes.
