Psi Spheres
Psi Spheres are balls of energy. This is good practice for manipulating energy. When you get more advanced you can make them do anything from changing the mood in a room to using them for divination. Some people can even see there psi spheres,

Method One:
First cup your hands like you were holding something between them, and then think like you are a faucet of energy. Let the energy just flow through your body and then out your hands into a ball. Some signs that you have made a psi ball are:
*Hot hands
*Your hands twitch
*you see it
*You can feel it
*Your hands tingle as if they had fallen asleep.
(these signs apply to all methods).

Method Two:
First clear your mind. Then think of something that holds a lot of power, like a waterfall. Then, draw the power from it and imagine the color energy flow through you, filling your body. Now cup your hands together and mentaly tell all the energy in your body to come up to the top half of your body. Then tell it to only be in your arms. As you do this the energy gets stronger and stronger. Then put the energy in the space between your cuped hands. You now have a psi ball!

Method Two:
This may be the easiest method on this page. Hold your hands about 5 or 6 inches apart. Clear your mind and slowly move your hands out until they are about a foot apart. Bring them back to their original position. Do not make jerky movements--it is like playing an acordian. When your hands start to tingle, you know you have made your Psi Sphere!

Advanced Methods of Psi Sphere Forming:
Method One:
In this method you will be making psi balls of an element. It helps (when you are just starting) to have the element represented infront of you. Here are some examples:
Earth: Stones, Bowl with dirt, Pentacle Disk
Air: incense, wand
Water: Water, Chalice
Fire: Candle, Sword, Athame/Dagger
Focus on the element or object and feel it flow through your body, let all the energy leak out of your hand. When you get good at this you can charge them with elemental properties such as emotions.
