| The Bay Area has many lodging options. Where you would like to stay is very much a matter of personal preferences. The ceremony and reception will take place in Saratoga, about one hour south of San Francisco or Oakland and just east of San Jose. Those who have never been to San Francisco may prefer to stay near tourist attractions downtown. Staying in Saratoga is an option for those who would prefer to spend their time in a smaller town close to the wedding.
