Here is what you said about 'Donky Chicken'
It has been suggested that I completely missed the picture with this poll. A concerned reader suggested (after considerable debate and consensus with others, apparently) that Donky Chicken is a corruption of some 'Don's Kitchen' in San Diego. I can neither confirm or deny this, but it sounds better than any other etymological explanation I have heard.
