In the Rehearsal Studio
The studio is where we rehearse the illusions before they are actually
put on the stage. Once again, no secrets, just a lot of pained expressions
and tired bodies. Don't ever let anyone tell you this easy, just ask my
lovely assistants. Stress and pain come with the territory.
  
Dance & theatre are an important part of
our performances
Time is spent choosing the right sound tracks to help set mood for the
illusion. Then the choreography is done. Christina & Kirsten
are dancers & David tries and is actually doing quite well now that
he has been given the chance.
  
There is a lot of work put into each and every illusion. Metamorphosis
for example took approximately 200 rehearsal hours before it was ready
to go, not to mention months in design and building.
  
"Lady Divided" was not as long in rehearsals. From start to finish,
design to stage, this was ready to go in two weeks. They were a long and
hard two weeks on my team and hopefully we will never have to do one like
this again.
Not all rehearsals are hard work, sometimes we just like to goof
off or perhaps sleep..
