Subj: Gotcha! (Moo Tag)

Hello, folks!
Okay, this is another Festival game that will be going on over the course of a few months. It is called GOTCHA! (or Moo Tag... you'll see in a moment) and (according to my cohorts) it is "hella fun."

Here's how it works.... This is an inter-guild tag, where you get a slip of paper with the person you need to tag. Then, you have to find that person and tag them. But there's a bit of a twist. You can only tag them when they are NOT in the forest. You can only tag them when they are ALONE. And if you do succeed in tagging them, they are out of the game, and your next target will become the person your latest victim was supposed to tag. So it just continues, on and on until the game's over (at the end of the festival), or until there's a last person standing, whichever comes first.... Rules are as follows:
- 1 - You are not allowed to gust, yank, hhoist, or otherwise force your target into another room so they're alone...
- 2 - When you tag someone, the official wwinner of the tagging emote is to MOO at them (we discussed possible tag emotes for hours, laughing and getting not much done, but MOO won). If you do not Moo, there has not been a tag....
- 3 - If you are in a room with a person tthat is shrouded or otherwise invisible, the tag still counts, as there's no way your tagger could have known you were not alone. Deal with it.
- 4 - Important. Keep the letters from youur targets. When you are tagged, you must turn your target letter to the person who tagged you (feel free to have them prove that you were their target before handing it over). However, you only need to turn over your CURRENT target, you may keep all the letters you've collected from previous targets as proof for points. Once you are tagged, you are OUT of the game, but you can still win a prize if you are one of the top 3 in points. 10 points per proven tag....
- 5 - The prizes for these games for the mmost part are not spectacular in nature. Think of it as a carnival. Therefore, use good judgment and play fair. Squatting on monos the whole time is just silly, and you won't get many points that way either. If you're going to play, then play! There's no big payoff for trying to bend rules or being a poor sport, so just go with it and have fun!... Finally, if you are interested in participating in this game, or if you have any questions, msg Oenone your intention to play so that you can be put on the list. The game will start for you when you are given your target letter. (Oh, one more thing, trading targets with another player is allowed, within reason, but don't go nuts with that). At the close of the festivities, the winner(s) will be recognized and rewarded.... Good luck!

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Mayan, in the year 384 AF.

And the winner of this event was Allo! Conga-rats!
Well at least I got tagged by the winner of the contest right after getting my first target.
