Objective: students will be able to create reports using the report wizard.

  1. Start>programs>Access>open an existing database>OK>file name: dbSurvey.mdb>open
  2. Report>new>report wizard
  3. Select all available fields>next
  4. How do you want to view your data?>by tblCustomers
  5. Do you want to add any grouping levels?>next
  6. What sort order and summary information do you want for detailed records?>next
  7. How would you like to lay out your report?>layout outline 1>orientation>portrait
  8. What style would you like?>soft gray
  9. What title do you want for your report?>Survey of Favourite Restaurants
  10. Preview the report>finish
  11. Image>insert image
  12. Save
