No Respect
Everyone's world revolves
Around their clothes
Their looks and style
What's wrong with letting loose once in a while?
I don't understand
Why no-one has respect
For poetry so beautiful
That touches the heart.
"It's a waste of time."
Well, I think differently,
"It has to rhyme."
Well, no I doesn't.
You all are a bunch of fools!
Your world will end after high school.
You're making a mistake
Poetry you can't fake.
You can face that face
Those different brands
That cheery look
Those manucured hands.
Why doesn't anyone understand me?
How can this be?
When will you see?
I have to be me.

Just cause I'm me
Then maybe your not happy with yerself
