~
Lissy ~
-
Hey are you legally allowed to
drive?, I asked Karlie.
-
Yeah! But I got to remember that
yanks are on the opposite side., Karlie said looking at me in her rear view
mirror.
-
Ay! Youre surrounded by yanks
thank you!. Dee said.
-
Yeah but I win! Youre the ones
with the accents now!, Karlie laughed.
-
Ha! Ha! Ha!, Ryan said as he
looked out the window.
-
Is he okay?, I asked Bek.
-
I dont think so?, Bek said.
-
Yeah I think he is a little peed
at Karlie for what she said., Dee added.
-
What are you guys whispering
about?, Karlie asked.
-
How we can find a way to score
some hot Ozzies with out the guys knowing., Bek said slowly.
-
Yeah heres a hint. Dont talk
about it when your boyfriends brother is right near you., Ryan said.
-
Well remind us to make sure you
get sleep after your next flight., Karlie said shaking her head.
-
Well sorry I just dont have a
licence to do that., Ryan said sarcastically.
-
What?, Karlie asked.
-
You heard., Ryan muttered.
-
Yeah and Ill pretend I
didnt.
-
Hey guys is that the shops?, I
asked trying to stop an argument from happening.
-
Yeah! Thats Deepwater Plaza.,
Karlie said.
-
Cool! Not big though., I said.
-
Still its shopping.
-
Yeah and we know how much shopping
appeals to you., Ryan said.
-
Okay
what well do is go order the pizza then cruise around for a bit hows
that?, Karlie asked ignoring Ryan.
-
Sounds fine to me., Dee said who
was looking at Bek confused.
-
Karlie what was that about?, I
asked Karlie when we walked towards the shops after ordering pizzas.
-
I dont have a clue Liz., Karlie
said shaking her head.
-
ell I hope its nothing.
-
Its more than nothing. Just
what is it?
A few minutes later, after I
talked to Karlie, I decided to go see the others to check if they have any clue
what was wrong. I hate it when all of suddent things are going sour.
-
What was Ryans problem?, I
asked Bek.
-
All he kept talking about was
about a licence., Bek said to me.
-
5 bucks its what Karlie said
bout marriage., Dee said.
-
Why would he care? I seriously
thought they were happy the way they were., Bek said.
-
Its are and Im sure hes
happy., I said.
-
You know what Ryan? If you cant
tell me what your problem is then how can we work this out!, I heard Karlie tell
Ryan.
-
Nothings wrong Karlie!, Ryan
said.
-
Oh and Im supposed to believe
that? Like hell I will.
-
Well then why ask if you wont
like the answer., Ryan asked.
-
Ask no questions get no lies right
Ryan? What a crock of shit!, Karlie said.
-
Look Im going to go back to
Sydney tonight and meet up with you guys at the hotel tomorrow., Ryan said to us
walking past us.
-
Hey Ryan! How about you walk in
the right direction?, Karlie called out.
-
Karlie stop him!, Dee said as she
watched Ryan walk away.
-
Why? Hes to stubborn to give a
tosser so why should I?, Karlie asked crossing her arms.
-
Simply cause you love him., I said
pushing her.
After a few minutes later, we went
to get the pizza and headed home. The ride in the car was pretty quiet, whichall
of us hated. But if it worth for Karlie and Ryan not arguing it worth the
silence. Once we got to Karlies home, every started to jumped on us when we
got the pizza, but Karlie and Ryan went outside.
-
How long are they going to take?,
Dee asked.
-
I dont know but if we aint
careful our pizza will be gone., Bek added after taking a bite from a piece of
pizza.
-
Well at least they arent
yelling., I said.
-
True. But where are they?, Dee
said laughing.
-
Right behind you!, Karlie said
shaking her head.
-
Ready?, Dee asked.
-
Yup sure am! You Ryan?, Karlie
said.
-
Yeah sure am!, Ryan said winking
at Karlie.
-
Well looks like they made up., Dee
said.
-
Problem is they cant do their
real making up till we get to the hotel tomorrow!, Bek said trying not to laugh.
-
Bek! Ill give you $15 if you
dont get sick minded., I said.
-
Is that American dollars or
Australian dollars?
-
This!, I said waving $15 at her.
-
Fine!, Bek said trying to grab the
money.
- Nope! Until this time tomorrow you cant think a sick thought! Until the time is up., I said waving the money in her face.
