A few minutes later, Steve stood face to face to Buffy�s grave stone. In his head, he wished �Happy 17th Birthday!� while looking at his best friend grave. On the top of the grave, there was an angel praying and on the grave stone was written these following words�

Charisma Buffy Angel
  May 2nd 1984 � April 5th 2001
  Beloved Daughter of
  Brian Angel and Courtney Angel
  - Friend Among All Living Things, The Angels And God -
  She Had Live The Life To The Fullest
  May She Rest In Peace And
  May God Bless Her Soul For Eternity

After reading what it wrote, Steve looked at the little box and then suddenly started thinking about the day that he gave her what contain in the box�

* Flashback To The Day Of The Funeral *

Steve, Ryan, Tilky, Nick, TJ, Clay, Tilky and Sergio carried Buffy�s coffin out of the back car towards her grave. After the priest finished saying the prayers, the half of the coffin open to pay the last respect.

Steve was next to his mom, who never stopped crying. He saw that his mom had put one of her precious necklace around Buffy�s neck. She wanted to give it to Lisa, but she hesitated to give it Buffy. After his mom had pay her last respect for her �second daughter�, it was Steve turns.

He took out of his jacket a little box that was suppose to give it to Donna and he opened it. It was a silver ring with diamond as a shape of a heart. He looked at it and then his best friend. He took the ring and slip it into her wedding finger and a few tears started running down his cheeks.

-          You deserve it Buff� You do� The ring it�s where it�s belong� on your wedding finger and it�s gonna stay there until I join you in heaven. I hope you�ll be waiting for me� I know do� You always keep your promise and I hope you�ll keep this one� for me�, he whispered.

Before he left, he gave a last kiss on her cold forehead and then move out of the way for the others. He stood next to the coffin and looked at her with sadness and tears in his eyes.

* Back To The Present *

Steve opened his eyes with tears filling up, remembering that day. He still couldn�t believe that it was almost a month that his best friend was gone. Everyday was a struggle for him. Not seeing, talking, laughing and listing to his best friend. He looked up at the angel statue and he swore that he saw the angel statue crying. He looked and knelt down in front for the grave stone.

-          Charisma� I never get the change to tell you this sooner� my biggest mistake is not for telling you how I feel for you. If I did, you�ll be in my arms right now instead having your body on the cold ground beneath my feet and your soul up in heaven with God and the Angels. Like you said� when I need you the most� you don't know. Please forgive me�, he said as tears started to fall down his cheeks.

-          Charisma Buffy Angel� I Love You�

He buried his face in his hands, after saying those words. Then he started to felt that someone was watching him in a good, warm and safe way. The wind blew at the blossom tree which was over Buffy�s grave. The petals of the flower started slowly to fell on him and he looked up in the sky.

That was when he realized that it was Buffy�s spirit who was giving him a signal. That she kept her words about looking over him and all those she loved and hold dear and will always be there if they ever mention her name or thinking about her and to show that Buffy still loved him no matter what.

Steve still had a broken heart, but he made it clear that Buffy was finally no more the lost soul that she though she was�
